Pros: The cleanliness
Cons: The ease of getting the luggage cart in and out of the parking lot
Location: The casino in the bike trails close by
Was a very rewarding experience! The pool is awesome the hot tub was perfect

Nice Hotel. Check in staff was wonderful! Close to a number of places to eat and not to far of a drive to the hollywood amphitheater where we were going for our concert! Would recommend to a friend!

Other than the desk clerk snubbing me when she realized I booked through a 3rd party, the hotel was great! The manager accommodated a handicap by giving a room near the exit and was very kind. Highly recommend!

When i arrived at the Hotel I was told I only had 1 room reserved even thou I had booked 2 rooms and had my confirmation E-mail and number on hand. Due to a convention that weekend, all rooms were booked and I was travelling with my parents. I was told that it was Hotels.com fault and there was nothing they could do. Until I asked for a Manager. We were eventually given 2 rooms next door at another Marriott (Springhill) but for the same price and not as nice as the Courtyard. To make matters worst Courtyard still charged me a nights stay, on top of the 2 nights I was charged for staying Springhill. I now have to wait a week for the charges to be reversed on my account.
