Although it seemed they were doing some renovations the property was very clean. Beautiful view to enjoy. Patio with tables set to relax. The location was quiet. I enjoyed the water fountains. Staff was very friendly and polite.

It is understaffed. The female working the front desk was very friendly. She was the only person at the front desk I saw Monday thru Wednesday The rooms need updating. The paint was peeling on the shower ceiling. The bathtub was worn . The bathroom sink had a crack in it. The carpeting was dirty. I had higher expectations.

Hotel is in need of updating and repair. Bedding was clean but room overall was a bit of a disappointment. While the desk staff person was capable, she was the only person ever there managing all check-ins, check-outs, phone calls, and getting ice for people (all of the ice machines were broken).

We stayed at the hotel for a weekend, and from the moment I walked in I knew it was not what the pictures looked like. The place looked old and beat and had a smell that was so powerful it immediately made you sneeze. The ac system also had the most disgusting smell and the rooms carpet looked and felt like it had not been cleaned in decades. The staff … well let’s just say they weren’t thrilled to be there and the only person that seemed to know and be cheerful there was the manager or at least she looked like the manager. If I was you and was reading this I would not recommend this place.

Walls were dirty, dead stink bugs on the window sills and clumps of someone else's hair tucked under the pillows. Very dissatisfied with our stay.

The staff was very nice. Front desk clerk was great. The room outdated the hallways and elevator was dirty. The room was outdated and not the cleanest. Carpet was dirty in room and lamps had so much old dirt couldn’t even wipe it off before I touched them. The plus side it was very quiet and safe.

First of all, GRACE at the front desk during the day is the best thing about this property. She was professional and very nice and genuinely cared about my stay. Upon check in, we were given a dirty room. We went back to the desk and they gave us another with no issues. Property needs repairs and upgrades desperately. No working ice machines so you have to get ice from desk. Breakfast that is offered is just a small grab and go continental breakfast. Products in cooler not good- cooler wasn’t cold enough. Location of property was good for our needs

Our expectations about this property were high but once we arrived and began to walk the property, those high expectations were lowered. The elevators were kind of dirty and need cleaning. The walls and floor. The elevator says ICE is available on the 4th,5th,and 6th floor. That is NOT true. We went to the 4th,5th, and 6th floor only to discover a dark and inoperative ice machine with NO lighting in the corner. We felt UNSAFE. We woke up multiple times through out the night sweating, coughing,and gasping for air. The air was on 65 degrees COOL. We took a shower and a bath at the same time due to the tub filling up to our ankles while showering. It was weird because there was no stopper in the tub. Between the shady ice corners, the smothering air, and shower and bath at the same time. Our stay was Not pleasant. On a good note, the back patio was a very nice view on the back.

During my stay they were using a cleaning company to clean up a water leak, so many parts of the building looked like it was under repair or construction and noisy dehumidifiers and fans were in use. They room we were assigned was inaccessible and taped over in plastic wrap so we had to return to the desk to get a room that wasn’t part of the water leak. The line was long so we incurred a second wait. The room we were next assigned smelled like smoke so bad that my throat got sore staying in that “non-smoking” room and the carpet was so dirty that our socks got filthy walking on it. We walked in and the fire alarm went off so we had to exit. We gave up settling in and went to dinner instead of waiting for the fire department to issue an all clear. Went to dinner and the concert and changed clothes in the restaurant bathroom since we couldn’t get in the hotel room. Didn’t return to the hotel until after the concert but by then we were able to bring up luggage and spend the night without issues after that. So other than the stench and the fire alarm and everything seeming dirty, we did get some rest, but I will not stay here again. It’s a poorly maintained mess.
