Location: do not know
hotel was fine for an overnight. Requesting an airport hotel, I did not realize the location would be 7 miles away; I am sure there were closer Holiday Inns to the STL airport.

RUDE staff.

About the rudest staff I've ever seen. I've never had an issue being able to check in early at a hotel, but they would not let us check in early here, and gave attitude and talked about me to other staff right in front of me! Once they finally started checking people in (there was a line because there was a nearby event that afternoon) I saw there was a list of about 20 rooms that were ready! I was over an hour late for the event because of this. We attend many events in that area; rest assured we will NOT stay at this hotel again.

only good thing was location to concert

the hair dryer shocked me and buzzed so loud it woke up my boyfriend. there were no lamp shades. shower was broken. horrible condition. stains on carpet. old hotel. poor "food" for breakfast. when i told the lady at the desk she told me to "grab a couple snacks for the trouble."

Good service, water damaged was in bathroom and around A.C. unit. Everything else sent well. Larger selection for breakfast than what I expected.
