Just a couple issues

Hotel felt safe convenient store right next door which was a plus all the front fest staff were great our microwave didn't work they were there in less than 5 minutes and gave us a new one there was a worker who was cleaning up breakfast and might a slight rude comment but every other staff member was great walking into the room it looked nice the beds looks super comfy but as soon as I laid on it it was NOT comfy there was some blood on the walls and closet door that no one had cleaned up must of been there for a while the pool was freezing but overall I would recommend I think the price should be slightly cheaper but would stay again!

Thank you for your feedback about the hotel and staff! We have identified your room and our maintenance team has cleaned up the wall and doors. It was not blood, but either a syrup or dark soda. We have also checked the pool temperature and increased the heater temperature. We would be interested to find out more about the breakfast attendant what was said. We do hope that you will give us another chance.

Close to businesses and entertainment

Pros: The staff was especially courteous and helpful. The breakfast offerings were wonderful.
Cons: It would be hard to get other guests to quiet down and not slam doors in the late hours, but one of our party had a room with 'elephants' upstairs.
Location: Business, restaurants and a nearby casino.
We stayed for one night and had wonderful spacious rooms

We can identify the room and give them a warning and then have them removed from the hotel. We definitely want you to come to the hotel and get a good nights sleep.

Hreat hotel near music venue

Great location to the Amphitheater and just off the highway. Staff was welcoming and check in was very quick and easy. We were able to get a shuttle ride to the venue and back, which was awesome. CLEAN van to get you back and forth. LOVE this place. Staying there again for a show in September.

Nice hotel in a good location.

Pros: Located near where I needed to be.
Cons: breakfast could be better stocked.
The hotel was well maintained and the staff were courteous and helpful.

The room was clean but not compared to other places we have stayed. It seemed like the cleaning staff had been to rushed and forgot to do some things, like vacuum. Also people were slamming doors all night causing a dog to bark that was in a different room but apparently close enough to also be startled by the noise.

Thank you for your feedback. I do apologize that you didn't get a good night sleep due to the dog barking b/c of doors being slammed. Please let the front desk know if this were ever to happen again because we can isolate the noise in most cases and especially with the dog, the staff can call the room. We would like to reimburse you for a portion of your stay. We just need to find out a little bit more about the reservation.

Nice hotel near college

Accommodations clean and ready for late arrival. Some gps confusion with second La Quinta in Maryland Heights. Full house Sat. night. Quiet. Good night sleep.

Housekeeping needs an overhaul :(

Very disappointed in this seemingly nice hotel :( We made our reservation online and arrived at 11pm only to find that they do not have roll-away beds as the website indicated. We chose this hotel specifically for that reason since we had 5 people. The front desk attendant was very rude to me when I asked her about the roll-away, but we decided to just deal with it and have my 3 teenage daughters sleep in one bed since it was already so late. When we got to the room, there was only one towel in the bathroom- no washcloths, hand towels, or bath mat- and the travel size toiletries were scattered across the vanity. The bathtub had water and hair in it and the toilet seat was filthy! My husband had to wash it with soap and water before we could use it. Not to mention, the A/C in the room was set to 60 and the room was freezing! The trash cans in the lobby were overflowing with trash and there was trash up and down the hallway. We would have left and gone somewhere else but every hotel in the area was sold out. The next morning, we heard other guests complaining to the front desk staff about the uncleanliness of the place as well. It's a shame because the room was really pretty nice and the beds were comfy, but the condition of the bathroom and the trash everywhere ruined it for me. I can't recommend this place for that reason.

Thank you for your feedback! I am working with the housekeeping staff to make sure that this does not ever happen again. We experience a very volume turnover in rooms this past weekend and were short staffed and short cuts were done. You should never have been given that room so I do apologize. The hotel does not have rollaways and hasn't in several years. The sales director is working with Expedia to see where that is located on their website and have it removed. I know she is also working with you to get the whole situation rectified. We are truly sorry for your experience and hope that we can give you something back!

Perfect hotel for Riverport concert going.

Pros: Clean, newly renovated, great staff.
The location is fantastic for an overnight stay following a concert at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater. The newly renovated hotel looks great; clean, comfortable and very nice staff. Will definitely stay here again.
