I didn’t feel safe
It was a bit scary as when I got there, it didn’t look safe; it was full of people at the entrance, and the main door was closed with a chain. The room was OK, the hotel the night was a bit noisy as people were moving around and you could hear them

Top marks from me! I checked out feeling happy.
The female staff at the front of house were lovely! Always wanting to help you with anything food, drink, info. With me being on my own they made sure I didn't feel lonely. Having a computer to use helped me a lot. Breakfast experience was good! Not overcrowded like other hotels. Bathroom very modern with touch sensor toilet and good shower spray. Loved the big TV screen!

The bed was awful. It was a thin (3 inch mattress) on the top of the box spring that kept sliding around. If you did not sit or lie on the mattress in just the right position, you were in danger of ending up on the floor.

Amazing gem of a hotel!
This is a hidden treasure and not a typical chain hotel. It was the most charming on our trip and right in the heart of the city next to the cathedral yet it was quiet. The owner told me it's been in her family for generations and it shows. The hotel is full of antiques and charm from the ceiling beams in the reception room to the crystal chandelier and things around. Our room was very large for 3 people, beds were fresh, clean and a candy was left on our pillow. Bathroom was updated and nice shower. DEFINITELY get the breakfast - it is served on fine china with brass silverware and crystal glasses. It's all made fresh and timely - they kept bringing our fresh platters of scrambled eggs, crisp bacon, sausages etc. Don't miss the fresh orange juice machine!! Pastries were incredible - I wanted to try everything. This was my favorite hotel on our 6 day trip - the love and attention to detail really made us feel special. Highly, highly recommend.

Flexible and friendly
I was a late check it. After midnight. They stayed waiting for me and let me into the room to get to sleep without full rigmarole at check-in. We can sort everything out in the morning was the very flexible attitude, for which I was most grateful.

The property was in a perfect location to explore the city on foot. The family room was spacious with a large bathroom. The breackfast buffet was amazing with fresh squeezed orange juice. The owners were friendly and helpful, to the point of coming in at 6 am to tell us goodbye bwfore we left. The property also has a nice bar and terrace area.

Amazing place and amazing staff
I often stay at this hotel when working in the Netherlands. It’s a brilliant hotel with fantastic and friendly staff who are very attentive. Superb location with plenty of amenities within walking distance and also a short walk to the train station. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

A very pleasant stay.
Hotel is a 12 minute walk from station across the Market Square. Reception and breakfast staff very helpful and friendly. The impressive cathedral is the view from some of the rooms (it's bells do start at 7 in the morning, but the windows do a good job keeping the noise down. Good range of hot and cold food for breakfast. Breads, meats, yogurt, cheeses, boiled and scrambled egg, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes and beans (and sausage on day two).

Cute hotel steps away from the town square
Great location! A little hard to find when the town square is closed off, but once you get in it’s well worth it. The family that runs the hotel is very nice and hospitable. The breakfast was a great continental spread on the second floor with partial view of the quiet street below!

Acceptable and fine for a few days. The room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast was decent. The best thing about the hotel is the location, being a short walk from the main market square. The rooms don't have AC, and when I checked into mine, the vent was blowing hot air back into the room.

I have stayed here before and did swear I would never stay here again after they cancelled my booking the day before I was due to stay there. I was so angry, but I'm back. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, but small and freezing. No matter what I did I couldn't get the a/c to give out the heat. Bar is sensible prices for a hotel. Though my main gripe is that I still have got an invoice for my expenses. On the day, they mess up my bill and then struggled to get right. They then said they would email it to me later in the day. They didn't. So I phoned, they asked me to email them and they would email it back. They didn't.... Just emailed them again!

Loved my stay at the Eurohotel! Great room and bar. Staff were friendly and was woken up by lovely church bells. Only issue I had was that the bathroom extractor fan was really noisy and I couldn’t figure out how to turn it off!

Quick and efficient check in. Given room near the lift because of the amount of luggage we have. Room well presented with a very comfortable bed (having just flown from Australia this was needed and appreciated). Strangely there was only one teabag of each type and one biscuit and one chocolate in a double room. Surely 2 would have been reasonable. No problem with getting extra supplies. Room seemed quite hot with no way to control the temperature. Received an excellent referral for technical advice when I had a computer problem.

Clean and comfortable hotel right in the centre.
A lovely place to stay with friendly and helpful staff. The only issue was that as we were wishing to pay cash the hotel couldn't give change from a 500 euro note which was surprising and slightly delayed our checking out.

Near Town Center
Easy walking distance from train station and close to city center and all activities there. Breakfast said includes at booking but actually was not. Great bakery around the corner! Room was very comfortable and morning desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel around the corner from the Cathedral
Awesome location just around the corner from the Dom. Directions to the hotel were a little confusing. To access the hotel parking (included in the room rate) you have to go into a "restricted area" near the Cathedral -- there are 3 2' high obstructions in the road that lower into the ground allowing you to pass into the street in front of the hotel. You must request access by calling on the intercom next to the gate and say that you are staying at the hotel and then will open the gate for you. When you need to leave the area there is a detector which lowers the gates without having to call anyone. The hotel itself is in a great location, wonderful staff, clean, nice bar area, good breakfast and nice rooms/bathrooms. Recommend.

I booked a room with two beds, but was given a very small room with one bed on a different part of the hotel. I noticed the difference because the friends I travelled with were all assigned much bigger rooms with standard facilities. I can only suspect that, despite the fact that I actually paid more (since I booked a little bit later) and booked the same 'comfort' room, they gave me a smaller room because I was travelling alone. The hotel did not give me what I booked but gave me what they thought I need. I am quite troubled by this kind of discrimination. I travel quite often alone on business in the US and have never experienced this treatment. I encourage the hotel management to pay attention to their practice and hope other single travelers to be aware of this.

Comofrtable hotel, in excellent location
Nice, traditional hotel with great staff who were really pleasant and helpful. Brilliant location in a lovely city centre. Easy to get to / from and explore the area from. Nice breakfast (at 14 Euro pp). Would definitely stay here again.

Went primarily to see the Heironymous Bosch exhibition so the trip was a succes from that point of view. We were lucky enough to be there, in Den Bosch, for the King's Day celebrations so that was a bonus. The people we met were all extremely friendly and helpful.
