"Room was large with a balcony. Very comfortable. Disappointingly no in room coffee making facilities and note room service does not appear to be 24 hours. Restaurant is also closed on a Sunday. Very good spa with indoor and outdoor pools though outdoor pool about to close temporarily for maintenance. Restaurant has friendly staff and good menu but our experience wasnt great as had to wait over an hour for our food and they got the order wrong. "Great hotel with unique exterior decoration. Rooms are large and functional and there is a free car park adjacent to the hotel. Breakfast was very good and only 2 minute walk into main town. Used the hotel so we could attend a concert in Klagenfurt only 15 miles away."
