Staff all seemed grumpy and put out by any request. Shower was dirty and seals were falling off shower doors. Chose property because of proximity to airport but would not stay here again. Staff needs training in customer service.

Location, location. If here for a few nights before or after a BVI sailing charter, this is the place to stay! Beautiful beachfront and close to airport and Hodges Creek. Restaurant is decent and staff are terrific. Will return.

Absolutely beautiful property. The rooms are nice with working wine fridges and large showers. Internet service was good throughout the property. Lots of loungers to rest. Downside. While the beach is gorgeous, the waves are too powerful to swim in. The pool was being repaired so the water level was very low. Hopefully that's fixed now. Also there is only one restaurant, nothing else within walking distance. Restaurant .. ugh. Good and bad. The food taste and quality was unpredictable. When it was two of us, service was good. But, one night we had a group dinner with 8 of us and it took TWO hours to get all the food, and I waited over an hour just to get a glass of wine. We gave up on our waitress (who seemed annoyed that she had to wait on us) and just started going to the bar ourselves. Spa massage was amazing.
