Our family loves beach vacations at resorts where we can enjoy great service and have fun. We found this property because it was VIP Access property offering free breakfast. Being a Platinum member saved us roughly $800 over the week since the (incredible) breakfast was comped. The Aurora is the best resort we have stayed at in the Caribbean. The service and attention to detail is second to none. The property is set on a great part of Rendezvous Bay. Bonus: there is a brand new waterpark with three great water slides. My son had the time of his life. We were looking for an amazing place to have a family vacation, our lofty expectations were exceeded. Special shout out to Rakeem, Theresa, Natalie, and the entire staff at Aurora who made this a trip of a lifetime. Thank you!!!

Breathtaking ocean views and spacious quietly luxurious rooms. The staff are super friendly and accommodating, and made us feel cared for. We loved being able to walk directly onto the beach from the hotel. The facilities offered were unparalleled, and we took advantage of the incredible water park as well as various activities like biking, mini golf and rock climbing! The only thing was that we didn’t get to choose which part of the hotel we stayed in (Rendezvous Bay vs. Merrywing), but both turned out to be amazing.

Aurora Anguilla has the premier location of all Anguilla resorts, being on Rendezvous Bay. It has large rooms and suites, size wise for spreading out. It has an elegant architectural style and first rate accommodations. Plenty of options for restaurants and activities for all ages.

Although the amenties and beach are five star, the service and food did not live up to 5 star. We waited almost an hour for our breakfast and beverages pretty much everyday we went to the restaurant for breakfast. Service at the bar if c level was also terribly slow and drinks were not enjoyable. We got sick off the food at c level. Some staff were pleasant while others weren’t. We wouldn’t be returning to this hotel due to the inconsistency of service.

We had a great time at the Aurora, we enjoyed the amenities in both bays of the hotel (tried different breakfast options, different beaches). Very clean, friendly staff, great transportation between facilities (free shuttle, bicycles).

The property was amazing i cant even out it in words. The staff helped me with my proposal and it amazing from the private dinner on beach to the romantic decoration in the room. All the amenities were also amazing.

The Aurora is in a beautiful location. The staff are extremely friendly. The management is nearly criminal, the staff are poorly trained, the hotel facilities are limited. It is at best a 3 star hotel masquerading as something else. Firstly, we booked this with an upgrade eligible rate. Despite having the upgradeable class of room available and listed both on the website as well as on other travel agent sites (Expedia, Amex) they refused to upgrade us giving us a very elaborate song and dance but offering to upgrade us if we paid. The main building has 2 elevators- 1 was broken the entire time we were there- on numerous occasions one would wait an extended period for an elevator only to find it filled with staff and every floor button pushed. Housekeeping never tracked our ovation. In a small resort it should be easy to know if the guests are at breakfast and even easier to know when we are having dinner given we are on the property every night. They never did and frequently we missed either our rooms being cleaned or turned down because we forgot to ask them to come back as we left.

Great property. Many improvements since the days when it was the Cuisinart Resort. Beautiful beaches especially Rendevous Bay, great Greg Norman designed golf course, excellent restaurants and friendly service from the whole staff. Anguilla is nicest island in the Caribbean second to none. But St Maarten is a hell hole. And the scam artists and corruption at their airport is awful.

Fantastic property. Best staff imaginable. Only thing I could say is to keep in mind that under the Aurora name there are actually two different resorts. One is the old CrusinArt property—-stunning, high end, on a glorious beach. The other is a mile or two away, less high end, newer, on a somewhat less nice beach. There is a jitney that runs between the two but at least when we were there you could wait quite a while for it….just be sure you get the property you chose. At least when we booked all the pictures were of the nicer one and we literally thought the cab had brought us to the wrong resort. Had to switch. But the staff and management are just excellent! And Anguilla is just the best! Lovely lovely place!!!! Outstanding! Oh, the food is amazing too. Can’t say enough good about Aurora!

Beautiful resort, many great restaurants on site, staff very friendly and helpful. Ideal for golfers There is a shuttle between two sides, the new aquapark is located on Merrywing side where the beach isn't as nice as the other side of resort (Rendezvous Bay Beach) Careful when booking because it's not specified. We were always on Rendezvous side, SunShine Shack nearby for lunch & entertainment as is the Dune Preserve

We had an excellent time staying in Aurora. It is one of the best resorts we ever stayed in the Caribbean. Rooms are great, spacious and comfortable, Rendezvous Bay beach is amazing. We have eaten in 2 restaurants, Chef's Table and Tokyo Bay, both were great, the food in Tokyo Bay is exceptional. One of the best sushi we've ever tried. Rival to Nobu in NYC. The staff was exceptional, we would like especially thank our concierge, Rakeem, to go above and beyond helping us with our (totally not property related) issue. Due to the Ophelia tropical storm we have decided to spend two more days at the resort and the management was great in providing their help. Also, I wanted to thank Vishal for his wonderful paratha! It is a great place and we hope to return to Aurora resort again!

This property is beyond amazing . We were upgraded to a beach suite prior to arrival. The treatment from the moment you walk in to the moment they say see you soon…. Walking in with a refreshment and a cold eucalyptus towel, to a personal butler at your service for your entire stay …. Amazing tasty delicious breaks fat snacks beach lunches drinks and exceptional dining experience with best of the best in cuisine Japanese and steak house. Their local food selection is the freshest The room accommodation extraordinary. The room is spacious, pleasantly decorated for calmness and elegance .. full bar in your room even to be your one bartender. Water bottle at all times your ice bucket fill at all times room attended twice daily. From your room door to your private beach areas and chair already set with your personal cooler with ice and water bottler just for your family group. Excellent service from staff at the beach .. and all around the property … this 10/10 and i could give them the extra mile for exceptional services all around the resort staff and country. Anguilla is not talk about enough but it a hidden high value jewel.

My fiancée and I just came back from a 7 day trip to Anguilla. We spent 4 days at Aurora on Rendezvous Bay and 3 days on another property on Meads Bay. Our stay at Aurora was definitely the highlight of the trip. From check in to checkout we were treated like VIPs. Delvecia and Keila at the front desk were simply amazing, making sure we were comfortable and having a good time at the resort. The manager Keresha was also spectacular. A perfect mixture of friendliness and professionalism. The resort is beautiful but these girls were the soul of the place. They made sure everything was going smoothly for us. Our rooms were spacious clean and nicely decorated. House keeping was impeccable. Breakfast was delicious at the chef’s table. Natalie, Francisca and Carnicia were great taking care of us. In the evening we had drinks at the bar and Brenda made me the most delicious negroni. I can’t wait to go back. Amazing resort and staff. Aurora is a perfect example of superior hospitality.

Aurora Anguilla was amazing! The staff, the food, the service, the rooms, the views was just perfection. The property is so huge, and you feel like you are the only guests there. Be sure to do a resort tour! It is also so clean, new and modern. We enjoyed being pampered by Hakeem (concierge) and wanted to say a special thank you for ensuring that our stay was the best. I highly recommend all the restaurants. The food was so delicious. Thank you Aurora! We will definitely be back!

I don't have one bad thing to say about Aurora. The property is beautiful and clean, the rooms are large and well cared for. The staff is kind and attentive. The beach is arguably the best on the island. Management does an excellent job of running this place. A true gem.

Aurora Anguilla was a beautiful property with wonderfully staff. Upon arrival we were upgraded which we were extremely thankful for. We did not know there was a Merrywing side as it’s not very obvious in the pictures of the resort. We booked based on the Rendezvous side so we were very unhappy to learn that would not be what we were getting. After calling the resort as well as Expedia they were able to fix this for us and we were extremely satisfied with our room and it’s amenities. The property is still under construction but we can tell it’s going to be amazing once completed. The chef table for breakfast in the am was delicious each day with great views and service. The one down side for us was the lobster BBQ. The lobster was dry and tasteless and the sides mediocre at best. No worries though as the Island offers many excellent culinary experiences and the staff is helpful with choosing and arranging reservations. We can’t wait to go back!
