An amazing city. This hotel made everything easy within steps of the hotel. Parking was easy. The breakfast buffet was good. We will be back.

Many thanks for your enthusiasm. Gent is a great and very touristic destination and we are located in the center. Welcome back!

Great location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff

Posted Sep 22, 2016 on Hotels
Nice hotel in centre of Ghent. We had some trouble finding it with our car SatNav, but Google got it right the first time. Staff were friendly and efficient, room and bed were comfortable, and location is right in the centre, so plenty of restaurants, bars and shops immediately outside hotel.

Excellent hotel in great location

Posted Sep 16, 2016
Happy with the stay. Staff were very friendly. The hotel was in a great location, right in the centre of the city. But we had some trouble finding the entrance, it was not clear where or how to get in the hotel. But other than that, all was well.

Many thanks for your review. the easiest way to find the hotel is to go to Hoogpoort 52, which is the back of the hotel. The front area is pedestrian, ok to reach by foot or by taxi. Hope to see you back At Novotel Gent

Pleasant surprise!

Posted Sep 5, 2016 on Hotels
Hotel was a nice surprise-- clean and comfy, wifi worked great! It was a little hard to find as the entrance is in a courtyard and the garage entrance is right before a pedestrian only street. It is in the center of town so it was a little loud at times but close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Unfortunately it was too cool for the pool but the pool looked clean and nice. Breakfast was decent for being included in room butI wouldn't pay extra for it.

Many thanks for your review. The best access to the hotel is at the back. In front it is 100% pedestrian area. Please program your GPS with address Hoogpoort 52. See you soon in Novotel Gent.

Many thanks for your review, and nice to read you enjoyed your stay. In a few weeks the pool will be closed, but there will be so much other things to do in and around Novotel Gent. Hope to welcome you back
