I received a copy of your review, and wanted to take a moment to personally respond. I am disappointed to hear that you found the room to be dirty and there was a maintenance problem with the air conditioner. In response to your feedback, I am coaching our housekeeping staff to ensure all guest rooms are reaching the highest degree of cleanliness. I have also made certain our maintenance engineer takes steps to fix any issue with the air conditioning unit. We hope that you will give us the opportunity to provide you with a better stay the next time you're in the area.
