Its a basic place to stay

Pros: reasonably priced
Its a basic place to stay when traveling, nothing fancy but, it gets the job done.

Great price for long vacation!

Nice, quiet and close to everything! We stayed a week and had a great time in the area. The room was perfect for a home base as we were gone till late every night. Comfortable room.

Location is convenient. Rooms are a bit shabby.

Pros: location
Cons: quality of room condition
Location: Fort Harrison State Park is only a few miles away!
Was here for one week and the property is conveniently located and quiet, for the most part. The room was not in great condition. The window shades didn't really cover the window and it didn't feel that comfortable overall. The price is right and being so close to stores and state park a bonus.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at

I've stayed in many extended stay hotels, this was by far my worse experience with any of them. First day getting there wasn't bad talked with the hotel employee got my all checked in and he was very nice. Few days go by and I'm expecting someone to clean the room maybe every 3-4 days minimum, just to bring new towels at least and that didn't happen. Went to Chicago for business on Friday and got back late Sunday night. Got to my room my room key didn't work so I went to the front desk/phone. Asked the hotel employee that my key wasn't working. She was very rude told me I didn't pay, and that they thought I just left because nothing was in there. Then she said that I will be charged late fees. Mind you I had stayed in this hotel for 9 nights. I explained to her that I wasn't here for two days and this is my lastnight. She still had an attitude throughout the whole conversation and when I asked her to re-activate my card so I can get in my room she snatched it out of my hand and through it on the counter when she was finished with it. I will never stay at this hotel again and I hope no one ever has to.

This is a 10 year or less Building...ran down funky smell all the rime...was asked to buy ileagal drugs...people walking around drunk open containers everywere...very dispickiable!!!!

Nice hotel if you stay on the upper floors.

The room we had on the 1st floor was very used dirty carpet, Nats and I even saw a bed bug. I have stayed this hotel three times and was my worst experience. I paid &357.00 for four nights and the hotel advertise $299.99 for a week stay. Expedia called what I paid a deal. I should have made my own reservation from the hotel.

No soap, no waste baskets, no glasses, plastic or otherwise, had to go to front desk to get remote for TV , charge for WIFI, but it was quite, and desk clerk was nice.....

This hotel was filthy.

The floors were filthy the room was dirty when a complaint was given they said they just cleaned the room. They said they would come back and clean again but never did. There was water on the floor in the hallways and in the lobby. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. I will stay away from this hotel and the chain associated with it

Worst Stay of my Life!!!

The guy at the front desk was lazy and rude. I asked him to bring us up some towels and he said no i would have to come down and exchange them. We had two towels and wash rags and one towel was wet. The elevator was out so we had to walk up steps where people was smoking. The carpets was stained and they had trash out in the hall the two days we was there. No one ever bothered to even pick up trash bags out of the hall. I mean i have never been in a more tacky place in my life. I did not know i could upload pictures or i would have taken some.
