Excellent

The staff was extremely nice and welcoming when I checked in. They had my room and paperwork ready to go, so all I had to do was sign and go. The room was excellent, spacious and clean. The bed was comfoetable. I would stay here again.

Bathroom

Mold in the bathroom, and it looked liked the ceiling was going to give in over the shower.

Rooms need upgrading

Missing one wash cloth but none available. Carpet stained, furniture damaged and over used. Staff very good. Breakfast was great

Very nice staff. Layout of the facility was strange for first floor. Did not clean room or change linens on 1st day. A man's jacket was in the closet. Told staff the next day along with 2 other problems and they were not taken care of. The person at the desk said they probably forgot.

great location

Cons: nothing
Location: strawberry plains rd., knoxville tn you have the zoo, mountains hat else do you need
i couldn't ask for a better, clean, professional staff, and the buffet breakfast is excellant. i would recommend this hotel to anyone. planning on staying again ithin the next month.

Great hotel..great staff..our only complaint was that there didnt seem to be enough lighting in the room.
