“Overall I initially had a pretty good impression of the hotel and enjoyed the stay at first. However, around 1 AM, I found a cockroach in the kitchen eating my snacks, and then found more cockroaches near the bedroom door, in the bathroom, by the kitchen sink, and in the closet. Unfortunately this made me very uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness of the room. Since there was no front desk available at that hour, there was no way to get immediate help or change rooms. After that it……

“Great location and very quiet property. Staff are all superb, from the reception, maintenance and housekeeping. Any issues that arise are dealt with promptly! New sun beds by the pool look great, the only thing I didn’t like were the bar height chairs and table combo that I noticed on the first floor. Horrible colour and tricky getting on and off of them. I hope they don’t replace the current chairs and tables on the other floors with these ugly ones.”
