The good thing is that is a quiet place, the down is that rooms are not really clean, and besides we reserved a non smoking room it was stinking with tobacco smell

When we got there . There was no ironing board in room. I called to ask for one and they said they will bring one. The next day still no ironing board. I called again and the front desk blamed it on maintenance. They said they were going to bring one . I checked out on third day and no board. Very inexcusable

Staff was awesome & hard working! There were no bugs. But property is ran down, BEDS WORN OUT AND HARD METAL FRAME coming through mattress! Active MOLD (not old stains) throughout bathroom and in windows because there's horrible ventilation & a/c, NO a/c going into private bedroom area, hot & intolerable. Transients loitering, had to go into VERY smokey casino just to check in, then one key card stopped working so inconvenient! Just don't stay here unless you have no choice like us.

The smell of cigarettes and rancid carpets was unbearable. We stayed for only a few minutes and left. The area is unsafe. We won’t be back.

Of all the hotels we stayed at in Vegas in the last year, and we go about once a year, this one had the best customer service and was the cleanest and most comfortable! Yes, it's off the strip, we rented a car and parking is free, you could also easily take the bus. Great hotel! Good area! Awesome staff!

My eyes were burning after 2 minutes in the casino. If you stay here bring a gas mask or OBA. The room was ok, just dated. The sink and tub faucets were crusty.

Good place to stay for the price. At least they have a fridge and coffee machine in the room. Friendly staff, mostly older mature people in the Casino.

I ended up reeking of smoke in a non smoking room as well as no way to have a snoke free experience checking in. There were no blankets and a good thing I brought a sleeping bag for this last minute booking.

The Arizona Charlie is an old-style accommodation. The amenities should be updated or replaced...iron's back was missing, refrigerator door had to forced closed, no microwave, and holes in cushions. We requested housekeeping and did not get it even though there is a daily resort fee, nor did we get an apology. The staff at the front desk was very nice and gave good customer service. Overall, the Arizona Charlie needs works.

The room was absolutely disgusting. Clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Mold everywhere. Just bad.. All of the staff was very friendly though.

I left because the shower in the room was broken. They said the next time I return they will give me some perks & a discount . they refunded the resort fee, but could not refund the room price, that has to come from you. I doubt that will Happen

I am shocked that Expedia would associate themselves with a filthy, disgusting place. I took pictures of filthy corners, blood splatters on the wall and dirty light switches. Do we not learn anything from covid about cleanliness? The pool was closed “till further notice.” This comes down from poor management. They certainly charge plenty for a pathetic place. I'd really like a refund for this disappointing stay.
