We have stayed there for quite a few years, but property going down, plus they now charge for parking That is absolutely ridiculous, happy hour drinks were ridiculously expensive!!!

This appears to be an old Hyatt hotel under poor management. Staff was unfriendly, room was substantially worse then on the pictures (—same layout but run down, with old noisy AC used as a heat-pump). Smaller than usual bathroom, low quality breakfast, overall feel that we made a mistake booking this hotel.

Have stated twice now. Good breakfast selections, clean rooms, comfortable. Pay for parking was new and wasn't happy with that, but they gave me a code when I questioned them about this, and I was able to get free parking.

Ok online it said indoor pool they arent a indoor pool and the breakfast lets say i didn't eat any of it. They workers were very nice. The bed bout killed me though it was way to firm for my liking.

The property was okay. The second morning my family and I were there, the front desk staff that worked in the morning were not very friendly and nobody ever came to grab trash or anything from our room. Not the worse experience but not that great either. Pretty good location near shopping and restaurants.

Very nice hotel and very affordable. Our suite was exactly what we were looking for in a room. Everything looked clean except the floor. There were noticeable spots that had not been vacuumed, specifically there was a rubber elastic hair tie on the floor along with other dirt and debris that was likely on someone's shoes. The extra blanket in the night stand had a stain on it but it seemed that it had been cleaned just the stain had not been removed. Other than this, I would highly recommend the hotel. The bedding on the bed and all of the towels and wash cloths were clean. Bathroom was clean as well. The staff was very friendly. Please note, parking is not free. Hotels.com claims that it is free but there will be an additional $10 fee when you check in. The hotel said they have shared this with Hotels.com multiple times but Hotels.com has yet to update this.

The room quality is average but the staff makes the difference. They were friendly and always willing to help. The location was convenient for my purposes (I was moving in nearby), with good options for breakfast, luch, dinner; etc. Easy, safe parking. Overall good value at a fair price.
