Not a good experience staying at this hotel. We booked our rooms last minute coming to town for a family emergency, and now I know why this was the only hotel with rooms available. The receptionist completely messed up our billing with multiple credit cards and we are still trying to sort it out days after leaving. The property has the feel that it should be nice but has been poorly maintained. The fire alarm went off almost every morning at 7:00 AM. Would not have continued staying here if there were any other options available.

The rooms are kind of dated and cheap looking. It works but not the nicest place you can stay. It's not gross, just seems like they aren't really trying anymore.

Expedia selected any room vs room we thought we selected and did not include fee for parking which was not clearly stated and a surprise upon arrival overall worked out just seemed little misleading

loved having full size refridge , micro wave, little stove, dishwasher, sofa ect. would not hesitate to stay at a Staybridge hotel again. The breakfast was also very good !

The woman who worked at the front desk was very professional and friendly. The room was clean and smelled good. The nice woman who was making breakfast greeted every guest with a good morning.

My twin boys and I enjoyed our stay. We were in town for Junior Olympics. The hotel was central to a lot of food places. Breakfast was great each morning. We were welcomed by fresh peanut cookies.

Really Nice Place
My overall experience was really good, i only have a few gripe’s about my stay. First of all i didn’t really like the fact that there was a $100 dollar accidental fee although refundable sometimes my bank sees things like that and want to hit me with overdraft fees on the account that i don’t like keeping money in my checking account because of fraud. Only keep just enough for things like this and purchases here and there. I also wasn’t to fond of the fact that even though i stated that i was disabled my room was upstairs and really far away from the front desk. Even with an elevator ride i had a long walk, the front desk worker said i could park around back and id be much closer (which i was) but then i had to walk up two flights of steps! So i was kind of in a d*mmed if i do d*mmed if i didn’t situation. With all that being said there was a lot to choose from at breakfasts but the quality of some foods were not so good but i still enjoyed somethings. The dinning room wasn’t very spacious there was very little room to sit with my family to enjoy our food. Actually the whole area (breakfast bar included) was not very spacious, all of us kinda just rubbed elbows at times. But all in all my stay at the hotel was very pleasant after i got past those little issues!

For the most part it was okay. Check in was smooth. You had to slam the door for it to shut all the way. There were dead bugs in the light fixture in the ceiling. The shower/faucet was broken. We stopped by the front desk before going out, was told it would be fixed or other arrangements would be made. When we returned, it was not fixed. A new front desk person did not see a work order or a not from the previous person and not sure what she could do. Luckily the maintenance person was on the property and could fix it. Was just a big inconvenience.

This is my first time staying here but I will definitely book future stays. They had fresh baked cookies upon arrival, fire in the fireplace, the dining area was decorated for Christmas. Mon-We’d they do an evening social with a hot snack and drinks. The room was perfect, I travel with small children and having a full kitchen was exactly what we need. Drawers in the bathroom vanity so you can actually put your stuff away (we were staying for a week), plus a usable closet! The staff was so friendly.

The staff were very professional and personable, friendly. The room was terrible, located next the lobby near the stairs and ice machine; first floor with windows facing the front of the hotel parking lot. Noisy. Our room door was often pulled on at all hours as if to be mistaken for some sort of service door. The room had old carpet that was pulling in places, the ceiling was peeling in the bathroom, the shower tub was also peeling. We paid full price; not inexpensive. The carpet and couch looked like they needed a good, deep cleaning or replacement. The kitchenette was clean and our bed linens were clean and decently comfortable. We were given limited towels. Unfortunately, our room was very disappointing for the price point.

They shut the hot water off after check out time and don"t turn it back on due to a boiler leak from 3-5 pm. We needed the shower at 3 pm for an event. We were unable to shower.

Numerous issues
Three night stay for three people. I booked a suite for my two sisters and myself. We were visiting family in Louisville. There was a queen that my sisters shared. The pull out was twin sized even though it. Was advertised as double. There was no bedding, pillow, sheets or blanket. I called before leaving for dinner with family. Asked that it be brought while I was at dinner. Nothing there when I got back after 9:00. Went to desk and was told they forgot. It was cold that night but thermostat was locked and could only get AC. Next day maintenance came and unlocked it. Friday night after we returned from family event, the door handle fell off and we were stuck inside room. Called desk several times but phone didn't work. Person couldn't hear me. Finally reached someone. They came down and got us out. Maintenance came hours later to fix it. No one came to empty trash or leave clean towels. The kitchen floor was sticky upon our arrival. I found housekeeping and paid her $10. To empty trash,leave towels and mop. I think the worst of all this was being stuck in the room with no way out. The pull out was not comfortable. Maintenance who fixed the door asked to check bathroom. Toilet in the room above broke. It had leaked into our ceiling but wasn't dripping. He just wanted to make sure.
