Billing mess.

This hotel messed up my total stay time checkin check out dates and billed me twice for the room. Its an older hotel and needs updating.

They tried It!!!

I thought since we needed a room last minute and it was on sale. Then the pictures did look so bad it would be ok. Well, no! The hotel is old and the remodel went awfully bad. The room was nasty (walls had stuff on it & hair was every were). The headboard fell off the wall, toilet leaked water on the floor, the sink kept backing up & the tissue holder came out of the wall. The nice thing was breakfast and the staff.

Reasonable prices close to shopping food

The staff was friendly, the room was clean. There is a Cracker Barrel restaurant next door & lots of other restaurants close by.

Nice indoor pool and hot tub

Just dont be on the 4th floor and if you are make sure Everything works properly and you have AC! You can tell they only focus on the 1st floor.

Nice location but wasnt happy with stay

I had booked 4 me and my boyfriend who came from North Carolina and our 1st night we were moved to 3 rooms on the 4th floor. 1st room had mold or water damage in ceiling bathroom, 2nd room toilet was broken and had to wait 4hrs then i called to see what was next so they moved us to next door and it had no air and no refridge, we asked could it be moved to our room but it was late and we just wanted to go to bed.Manager told us 50%off my night when i checked out but he acted as if he didnt know anything at all when i turned the keys in. And all he said he could do was $20 refund. Not exceptable to me or my guest!! Can you talk to a different manager named Kevin please?

Totally a mess

How is possible that a hotel can be so horrible in installations when the city and arounds are so pretty...? Every night there is a group of gangs making a party with loud volume in the cars disrespecting the resting time of the guess is that hotel...? The attention of employees was the most beautiful and for that this hotel is saved for a bankruptcy.

Nice newly remodeled rooms.

This place has a lot of potential. You can see the newly remodeled rooms with clean fresh furniture and flooring. Our toilet would not flush but it was promptly addressed and we were moved to another room. Very nice place to stay!

Not a secure facility!

Window was open and would not close, no fitness equipment as desicribed, not enough breakfast for everyone, no lounge as described, card keys repeatedly did not work, doors which were claimed as being locked for security were either broken or had no locks being used, and a very uncomfortable stay.
