“Location was beautiful, Check in was easy, The bar area and restaurant looked lovely as both areas had log fires roaring, and were decorated very tastefully for Christmas, which gave a lovely welcoming vibe, the room was spotless, bedding was of good quality, the room was very peaceful, with no annoying extractor fan from the bathroom, which you get in a lot of hotels, Also the room was nice and dark, which helped with a really good nights sleep. “The room was lovely with a large comfortable bed and ample space in the bedroom and bathroom, plus ample free parking. This is a dog friendly hotel and there seemed to be lots of guests with their dogs, as well as oursleves. The hotel is set in a lovely village with lots of green space easily accessable from the rooms to take the dog out for toilet breaks and beautiful countryside walks. We ate dinner in the pub, which was delicious and breakfast was equally delicious with the same high quality,……

“Lovely large room with a huge bed. Very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bathroom also very spacious and has underfloor heating! Huge mirror with lightning and a radio. Our room also had a sink/kitchen area which was useful. The staff were helpful and friendly and we would not hesitate to stay again. Its very close to town centre and also has paid parking which is very convenient. ”
