Better than a hotel if you don't care about casino

If you want a pool you can use in the winter and hate resort fees, this is the perfect place. I like having a kitchen so I can make meals for my family. The rooms were very comfortable, and having a separate bedroom from the main area was so much nicer. The pool was excellent, my kids and I used it every day. This place is a wonderful alternative to the hotels on the strip. Blugreen also has shuttle service to the casinos every hour. There are stores on site as well if you need something quick. Keep in mind this is a timeshare company, so they will try and get you to do one of their presentations. I had to say no 4 times before they got the hint, but after that I was never bothered again. The only other negative would be that the only entrance in and out is through the lobby. That makes for a long walk to your room or the pool. But that is a minor inconvenience. I will stay here every time from now one. I love giving the middle finger to the hotels and their unnecessary resort fees.

Awesome hotel. Great price. Close to airport.

Pros: Close to airport and eateries.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Close to airport and several places to eat.
Checked in very late and was greeted by a welcoming staff member. Everything went smooth and I was in my room in under 10 mins.

Matched exactly what Expedia explained on the phone and what’s online. Clean room, friendly staff and not far from Las Vegas strip

Elevator too far from my room

The place is relaxing. The only problem is the elevator is too far from the front desk and my room.

Reserved two rooms

This is usually a wonderful hotel and we have always enjoyed staying here in the past. For this trip I booked two rooms months in advance, with free cancellation. A few weeks before check-in I called to change the check-in day of one of my rooms. I had originally booked to the room from Friday to Monday and I wanted to change it from Saturday to Tuesday. ( basically cancel Friday night ) I was told at that time that I had to check in on Friday in order to keep the room and that if I didn't I would be charged a $120 fee for checking in on Saturday instead of Friday. I ended up canceling that room completely and staying somewhere else.

Pros: extremely clean, large rooms. quiet and close to the strip
Close to the strip, huge rooms. Unfortunately our rooms were not ready at check in time which was really frustrating but the front desk staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed everything about our stay except that they tried to sell us on buying into their program or property (not sure we did not go to the presentation.) Nice that they offered money for going but we did not like being woken up both mornings of our trip to staff on the phone asking if we made a decision on coming to the presentation.

We were surprised how beautiful this resort is. The staff was very helpful, Tina checked us in and called about 10 minutes later to make sure we we're satisfied. I definitely will be returning.
