Hidden Gem

This place is such a steal, located a mile from the strip/airport. I stayed in a top quality suite without paying Las Vegas strip hotel prices. It had more amenities than I could ever use, and free shuttles to the Strip every hour. The staff was extremely friendly, remembered me by name, and made sure my experience was as pleasant as possible. I'd highly recommend this place!

Nice hotel, better than pictures

I will never stay in the strip again!

I love this hotel. 15 min walk to MGM Grand, 3 min drive. This hotel was very clean and staff was excellent. I plan on staying here eveytime I go out to Vegas.

Dont go there - Its a turist trap!

It is first time I have booked a Suite without windows. There was kitchen, table and washing & dryer machine as in the description. But no picture on the site was from this "Suite" There was also a sleeping room as described. We had booked the room for 3 adult. But the room was so small and uncomfortable that we had a terrible stay. When we arrived wanted they us to pay one more time. Even I could show a prof of payment from Hotels.com. After a long discussion accepted they our prepayment. We was at second floor. There was a constant smell of fire. I think it was from the pizzeria. We have been in similer resorts before and newer seen anything like this. I strongly recommend NOT to book a "Suite" at Bluegreen Vacations Club 36. The quality was not at all in a level who fit to the payed price. We was also contacted by the "Guest Service" who wanted to organize product demonstrations or give us information about how we could buy a option. I will never use it again.

Great hotel off the strip

This is a nice clean hotel. Parking is easy and it's close to the strip without being on the strip. The only missing is a good restaurant which the really need for the business traveler.

Extremely clean and well kept overall. The cookware is fantastic! I'm ordering the same brand myself now. It was great having a totally separate bedroom area. The vent in the restroom wasn't working but that was a very minor detail for me.

The only they I didn't like was. I was unable to take a shower and get ready. There was no water for a few hours.

Worst customer service

The stairwell was littered with old and new cigarettes and because of people smoking marijuana in there, the fire alarm went off at 530 in the morning. Staff did nothing to accommodate for this major inconvenience. Asked to speak to a manager and waited an hour. Called back and were told they were still busy. When we finally got a hold of somebody they took zero responsibility for any of the completely preventable hassles we endured such as our dirty room with old stains and public hair as well.

Hotel close to the airport - 2 blocks to monorail

if you want a basic room experience without the casino stuff, this is just fine, very quiet in the rooms. Their is a convenience store on property which is convenient - Einstein Bagel place as well.
