All was well but the pool was cold/ hot tub was broken and our room could’ve been a lot cleaner. There was literally blood in our bath tub around the handles and down inside the tub.

Absolutely perfect option for off the strip location but close enough to walk. Conveniently located by a bus stop for pick up. The apartments that we had were perfect. Very contemporary and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean with good quality beds and pillows. The kitchen was fully equipped, loved the convenience of having a kitchen and living room. The shuttle bus service was great. The walk to the strip is no more than 10mins. The staff were welcoming.

There was construction going on until 8 pm. Loud! Wi-Fi was in and out. Also, no explanation of what we needed to do for checking out. I hope we did everything ok.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our unit was clean and had all the things we’d need. The kitchenette made it easy to do our own breakfast. It was nice and quiet since it was a little way off the strip, but the shuttle made it easy to get to the strip.

Self contained apartment. Really practical for long stay. The only thing is there’s no room service unless you are there for 7 days or more. The pool was cold but the whirlpool was not. It was great

The heater for the pool was not working so the water was ice cold. That was never coneyed to us prior to check in or at check in. We went to use the pool and found out the hard was it was not heated. We were put in an adjoining room which is fine but you could hear absolutely everything when people checked in a day after us. Housekeeping not once stopped in our room during our 4 night stay. I had to track down someone to get additional supplies we needed. Shuttle service was nice but stopped picking up at 11 so if you were going to see a show or concert you now had to find your own way back to the resort.

I dont know how you could give this place a bad review. My wife and our 3 teenagers loved it. Its so nice to have all amenities so close. And its nice being a couple minutes from strip with the shuttle service. We where there for 9 days and we would definately do it again.

Nice location off the strip

Trouble checking in
When I checked in, the card machine wasn’t working so I couldn’t get a key. After waiting for an hour, it still wasn’t working so security let me into my room. The bed was unmade and there were dirty towels on the floor of the bathroom. Had to go back to the front desk and try again. They promised to deliver a key when ready. By the next morning, I still had no key and had to go to the front desk to get it. On the positive side, they have a very good fitness center.

Our stay was very nice and enjoyable, had a shuttle to take you to the casino and also had a pool. The rooms were very clean and the staff was wonderful would definitely stay here again and recommend this place!

This location was very close without being on the strip. Parking was easy and getting to locations was a breeze. It’s also within walking distance of the strip. The hotel was clean and had really big rooms. We had a great view of Vegas, including the Sphere.

Been to Vegas many times. This was my first time staying at BlueGreen and I will be back. Everyone was super helpful. It’s very clean and safe. Zero concerns all around. I was there for 2 U2 shows by myself and have no complaints. Excellent hotel and property. Super close to everything. The Free shuttle was great. A/C was outstanding. Pool and hottub are super clean. Liquor store right next door and fresh coffee offered 24/7. Having my own kitchen was great too! I placed an Instacart order for a few groceries. Some of the reviews state that they are heavy on the Timeshare promoting but I was never approached once. I will be back!! Thank you so much!

Traveled as a family for a wedding, space was great, loved kitchen and washer/dryer. Unit has everything you need, plenty of parking, shuttle is convenient. Used gym and pool, would recommend.

Love it!
The room was wonderful! Very spacious and clean! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed! The pool was huge and my kids enjoyed it, but it was very cold. The staff was wonderful! I would definitely stay there again!

Very surprised to find a washer and dryer, that was great! Nice and open. Only complaint was the floor, had food crumbs, hairs, and coffee stains, Very obvious it had not been mopped. If I were return I would definitely consider staying here again.
