Property was mediocre and rundown keys didn't work and none of the locks to get back in from the outside locks were all broken. Checking the room they were still dirty dishes in the dishwasher and it smelled moldy.

The property is in a great location and the room, although much older and worn down than the photos, were large. The staff was also nice. Our first night we were jolted out of bed with an insanely loud fire alarm, at 4:08 am. Then again at 5:30am. They also had to do testing on our 3rd day, that lasted at least 20 min. Since we were working from the hotel, this was so disruptive. There was always a homeless person sleeping in the stairwell next to our room. Felt a bit unsafe. We were staying while construction was happening at our house. So we stayed 5 nights. On Thursday - during the workday and during a meeting my husband was on, staff barged into the room - thinking we had checked out, I went downstairs to figure out why, as we had one more night. Turns out she had the room number wrong. They did compensate by giving us a late check out. All in all, you get what you pay for. It was a cheap room, we needed to stay local - to monitor construction at our house, but it wasn’t a very comfortable week.

Rented a room here last minute because we are touring homes in Vegas. I booked a queen size bed but we were given a full size bed, the front desk claimed it was a queen but it sure was not.. couldn't sleep all night due to continuous banging on the floor above us, also a lot of noise from the street. Never staying here again

I felt there was good value at this hotel. I really enjoyed having a kitchenette in my room, and the bed was quite comfortable. It was nice to have a pool on site, but could’ve used a little bit more upkeep. One other thing that I appreciated was the in-house convenience store that offered, lots of meal options

No Netflix as advertised, cleaning lady when I told her to map floors said she doesn’t have time! Also inconvenient location near a busy noisy road and not to mention neighbours on top that did nothing but having their kids raddled in top of us. Do not book !

Ceiling in bathroom had visible water damage and mold. Flooring throughout kitchen and entrance was warped and sunk in when walked on. Hallways had pieces of broken ceiling on the floor.

Our sink leaked, the bathroom tile was cracked with pieces coming out, the trash in the hall didn't get picked up the 3 days we were there and one side of the parking lot isn't usable unless you trust you car next to a homeless encampment. Not impressed.

We were happy with our stay. However, at first entry the lobby was filthy with leaves and dirt. The hallway had a terrible odor and there was a vape left on our night stand. I’m going to assume it was left by the house keeper.

This is old Candlelight Suites hotel. There is no room cleaning service at all; you must bring towels to desk yourself. There is no water. The carpeting is old, ragged, dirty. The card key lock system is iffy and most times you must walk back to desk to get a new key. Halls smell of pot constantly. The only bench to sit outside is for tobacco and pot smokers. On the verge of seriously run down!! Overcharges. That said, the bed was very clean and comfortable and the staff is amazingly good!!

Although it’s just off of the strip, this area is a little remote and not in a great neighborhood- did not feel safe walking. We were advised by staff not to leave anything in our car or it would get stolen. On the site it portrayed parking was included, however we were told it was $10 /day for parking. The facility is not very clean, and more run down than the pictures appear. The room smelled musty /smoky. When trying to check out in the morning before catching an early flight there was no staff to be found. Would not stay here again.
