Pros: hotel staff were lovely and very accommodating
clean but had a slight smell of smoke staff were lovely and accommodating king size bed was great carpark was good felt safe shower pressure was excellent

O.K. for the price and location

Pros: close proximity to the hospital which is the reason of my visit. There are restaurants and markets close by.
Cons: Definitely to improve the quality of the breakfast.
It has a kitchen with full size refrigerator. I am very disappointed at the so-called breakfast which is nothing but coffee and oatmeal packages, NOT EVEN bread. I had to prepare the oatmeal myself in my room. If I knew this ahead of time, I would have allowed myself time to have a decent breakfast at a nearby restaurant. The reason I chose this place is because of its proximity to the hospital.

Hotel review

Stayed here for two nights. Aurora at the front desk was very helpful and worked out a minor discrepancy with the room rental since I did it through Expedia. The room was clean and everything was in working order. The surrounding neighborhood appeared a little "rough" but just 5-10 min drive from the strip. Overall, I would stay again.

Aloha in Vegas!

Aurora and Mayisha were great! My wife and I flew in from Hawaii and when Inchecked into your hotel I felt at home with warm smiles and cheerful service. This hotel definitely had the Aloha spirit! We will be back!

Nice hotel location

The hotel is in a good location. It is not far away from the Thomas and Mack Arena or from the strip. Restaurants are also near by. The only thing I would want the hotel to improve in is its breakfast. Aside from that the staff was always friendly and willing to help. They treated me like a friend.

Off the strip property

Cons: Honor your reservations. Do not change your customers reservations without their consent.
We were looking for a hotel off the strip. We found this location. We overall were pleased with the hotel. The receptionist on the other hand was inexperienced and contradicted herself multiple times. We did not get the rooms that we reserved, and we were told our reservation was not a guarantee we would by this receptionist. Very disappointing. Despite this problem; the property was clean and the rooms were nice.

Alternative to Casino / Resort

Pros: My room was great.
Cons: Breakfast amenity.
Location: You're not far form being in the thick of all
I was not wanting to stay at a Casino or resort as I was just passing through Las Vegas. Can't beat the price. Location was very convenient. Staff was friendly. Neighborhood and surrounds were a little rough.

they did not respect my reservation.

Location: fair location
I made and paid my reservation a month ahead of time. I called early to reconfirm my staying in the hotel. when I arrived they just told me that my reservation was not available anymore and that they will help me to relocate, so they sent me to another hotel 10 times worse condition that their hotel. At the time i arrived there were a french couple in the same situation and after 3 hours waiting we were relocated at 3.00 am!!

Cheaper alternative than The Strip

This was a nice place a couple miles away from the strip. It was a straight drive down Flamingo to the corner where Bally's, Bellagio and Parisian are located. Only complaint is the Breakfast room was minimal and what was supplied was mostly out when we went both mornings.
