Midtown Extended Stay

The room and staff was clean, eat, and friendly. However the staff at the desk when we arrived seemed flustered with a particular guest who was a bit rough under the edges. He forgot to tell us of the breakfast. The breakfast could of been better with fresh muffins and some fruit also with decaf coffee and a. Aridity of teas. Halls smelled as did stairwells: need for vacuuming. Pictures having in hallways would be more inviting.

Clean but a little sketchy of a neighborhood

Location: A little far from things and a little dangerous, lots of riff raff outside, I heard a complaint about a homeless person sleeping by one of the side do
A little far from things. I was happy to walk but the neighborhood felt a little dangerous so I would recommend that for everyone. The room was clean and everyone was nice. Coffee and granola bars provided for breakfast.

disappointed

We arrived a bit late, 12:30am and no one was at the front desk. We waited 20 minutes before the person wandered in. This hotel does not clean and refresh your room or your towels. You have to take your old towels down to the front desk for new towels. I turned on the shower and stuff came out of the drain, hair, dirt, stuff. Beds were ok. Breakfast include means coffee, small snack bars and packaged muffins. Not terrible, not what I expected.

not worthy for price

Late check-in . clerk didn't have envelope for keycard and wrote room # on posted note. (Was not her fault) Employee has to be provided with working tools. now let's talk about room condition- felt unsafe, we were assigned a room by exit doors feeling unsafe. Room smell smoke, when reported to desk clerk, she offered to spray no other rooms available. (Training needed for agent) Tub clugged and noise coming from air filter. No staying at this property again.
