not worthy for price

Late check-in . clerk didn't have envelope for keycard and wrote room # on posted note. (Was not her fault) Employee has to be provided with working tools. now let's talk about room condition- felt unsafe, we were assigned a room by exit doors feeling unsafe. Room smell smoke, when reported to desk clerk, she offered to spray no other rooms available. (Training needed for agent) Tub clugged and noise coming from air filter. No staying at this property again.

Not very professional, housekeeping staff & front desk talking shop like no one else was around. Housekeeping person manning front desk at check out, couldn't give receipt.

Decent Value but dated and worn.

Good value. Convenient hotel. As compared to the casino hotels in Las Vegas it was nice to have fast/easy access to the room with free parking and free (yet slow) internet. Room and hotel is a little dated but probably reflective of the rate.

Neutral...neighborhood around not so great

The pricing was nice, that being said the facilities were not the cleanest found some extra items from the people before, but the room looked fairly clean, although it makes you question if it was really cleaned. I believe they have had a lot of things stolen in the past because we couldnt seem to even get some extra towels without it being a hassle. Night staff check in guy was awesome, woman in the morning was not. The neighborhood around isn't the best but nothing happened. Stay in a top floor or else you will hear footsteps and slamming all morning.

Bedbugs

We arrived late, and they actually came to the door to confirm that ee would leave at 11 am. But the worst part of the awefu experience is that when we woke up WE had BITES from some type of bug !!!!!!!!!!! I have NEVER had such an encounter!!!! Hated it! Not to mention I have 4 bites on my body from some type of bug we saw on the bed.

Las Vegas Extended Stay

Continental breakfast title needs to be changed to Grab and Go. Little selection and hot drinks were not hot and staff needed to be reminded to restock items. Refrigerator in 304 needs more than a couple days to get cold which didn't help because we only stayed two nights and our food spoiled. Switching rooms the second day would have been a hassle. Beds seemed small and flimsy. Sitting on end of bed caused the front of the bed to lift and crash down when getting back up. Towels are small or appear to have shrunk over time. Towel exchange is acceptable but how staff delivers message to customers are inconsistent and ended up making my family feels that we couldn't be trusted with a few extra towels.
