Nothing worked in the room. Had a bad odor. Fights in the hallway. Was not a clean hotel. They even had to run hookers away from the front door when we were checking in. We came for the races and ended up going to another hotel that was over an hour away from our races and so, we did not get to go to them. That was our main reason for the trip. I booked to stay for 3 nights and ended up leaving!

Great experience

My family and I loved this hotel..the staff was friendly rooms were comfortable and the hotel is like a 10 min drive fron from the strip (with traffic) they also provide shuttle to and from different locations..the complementary breakfast had a great variety of iteams and was fully stocked giving the fact that we arrived 30 min before ending and on a busy morning. The only bad thing i can say is the room smelt a bit like cigarettes but nothing major..i can honestly say we found a hotel we will be staying at every time we visit Vegas

Very nice bathroom There was free breakfast but I wish the breakfast time was lengthened

Pick somewhere else

Room was nasty. Algae came out of the bath tub faucet when turned on. Bugs in the breakfast are. Not very good breakfast food. The elevator smelled like it was burning. They did offer a free shuttle and that was nice but I don’t believe I will be staying here again.

Not quite value for money

Pros: Location
Cons: Cleanliness, airport shuttle
Location: Ideally placed for a discount hotel, between the Strip and the airport. The Nuclear Testing Museum and a mall with an aquarium are walking distance.
Not terrible by any means. Good location for a discount hotel - minutes from both McCarran airport and the Strip. I found some hairs on furniture and in the bathroom when I arrived, which was a bit disconcerting. Breakfast area was absurdly overcrowded both mornings. Worst was the hotel shuttle--because it also serves to take guests to the Strip I waited just under an hour for it at the airport. This wouldn't be a big deal if the clerk at the hotel didn't mislead me about the wait, twice. Overall, not a bad experience but not a perfect one.

Dirty

Decided to give them a second chance. Got a dirty room before, this time no different. Hair all over the toilet seat and cover. Tub was not clean. Counter had makeup that I wiped off with a towel. They do not allow late check out ever.

Worst Customer Service Experience

I am a sales manager in the travel industry and travel pretty frequently. Customer service is a way of life for me and I am easy going even when things don’t go right. However at every turn when something went wrong, which was numerous times, it was apparent that there was no customer service culture at this hotel. There was no parking near the front desk to check in. I was ignored for 15 mins while waiting to check in. Had to change rooms 3 times due to hair and eggshells being under the covers. The hot breakfast consisted of waffles, oatmeal, and coffee, which they stop refilling and closing down 20 mins before breakfast I suppose to stopped being served. Numerous guests smoking cigarettes and weed in there rooms, smelling the whole hotel. A/C units that are not maintained and completely fall apart in the middle of the night, which’s sounds like an explosion. And the only compensation that was offered was “I apologize” and what do want me to do. It wasn’t until I told them that I was going to be able to go somewhere else that they offered a refund of a night which was the cheapest rate of $60 when my average night stay was $120. No ownership, no empathy, no problem solving. I guess when things are brought up to the staff and there is no shock, these things are expected and allowed to continue. I will never stay at this chain ever again and not will any of my friends, family and aquaitances.
