When I booked the room the hotel was called Casino & Spa, but we found out when arriving that the casino is permanently closed. It was a bit disappointing because the casino is why we chose it. Also their pool wasn't impressive. Besides that, it was a great stay. Lovely room with an amazing view. Free parking. Great location.

Okay. Not great.

Posted Aug 18, 2017
Pros: Location, room cleanliness, water quality. There's a Starbucks in the lobby.
Cons: Quite a bit - see review.
Location: You're in Vegas, center strip. There's not much you can't do.
The location was great, right behind the Flamingo. But the lobby was - sort of - under construction? There were holes in the "casino" floor with wires coming out. Those holes were simply blocked off by a chair each. The mini gift shop is pretty sad. I needed a band-aid one night and the cashier gave me one out of his bag because they don't sell them. The fire alarm went off one night, from 2am to 3am. They did refund the night, but still charged us the convenience fee for the night. The elevator doors closed on me once - and I promise I hadn't been drinking. They just closed fast and bruised my elbow. They've got ice water dispensers in the lobby. I saw one of the girls refilling the ice. She had gloves on, but the bartender that came to help her did not...and he's the one that scooped the ice with his hands. All in all, it's not a great place to stay, at least it wasn't when we were there. But the room was clean and the water didn't taste too much like water from the desert.

Under construction

Room was nice. They've removed the casino which isn't the worst thing but there's not many options when it comes to dining. They only have 1 restaurant that is expensive and doesn't have a lot to choose from.

Very nice hotel close to the strip.

Stayed during renovations so things were blocked off. But everything else was wonderful.

Nice hotel, just outside of the hustle and bustle of the Vegas Strip.

Just Off the Strip

Should be perfect, but - there is no casino. The bar is under renovation and when complete will have some slot machines, but it will not reopen as a full casino. Nearest is across the street at Bally's, or further down the street is the Tuscany Suites and Casino.

No Casino & Building Work

Posted Aug 7, 2017
There is no casino here anymore. The lobby is now around the side and very cramped. (Hopefully this is temporary?) Chaos trying to get to the lifts passed everyone checking in and out. There was jack-hammers going all day digging up the floor inside the hotel (A receptionist said they aren't having a casino anymore, it's going to be a steakhouse). The entrance to Starbucks is outside and round to the other side of the hotel with drunken homeless guys hanging around outside. Also be careful if you order anything to be delivered as they charge you. I ordered 2 pairs of $3 swimming goggles from amazon for my daughters and the hotel charged me $20 for accepting the delivery at reception. All in all, would I recommend this hotel? No

Nice hotel close to strip

Posted Aug 1, 2017
For the price we paid it was nice. $32 resort fee was a bit unreasonable since they don't have much free amenities. However it was walking distance to the strip. Breakfast buffet was good. Make sure you check to get this covered for all family. They gave us free for two adults and we had to pay for two kids.
