SWEATY AND DISAPPOINTED

Pros: Enterprise Rental Car ,cleanliness of room, breakfast/friendly wait staff.
Cons: Communication to those who booked who thought they were getting a casino/hotel.
Location: Guy Fieri's Restaurant-located at the Linq-2 blocks away
Okay, they always say, start with the positives first, here you go..... The perk about this hotel is an Enterprise Rental Car is inside and it was so easy. Josh was amazing! I rented the car for 24 hours since the hotel did not have a shuttle which was a pity. The breakfast buffet was rather good, and had good waiters. (There's also a 24/7 Starbucks) The room was very clean upon my arrival and housekeeping did a fine job of tidying of the room daily. I was okay with the comfort of the room as it was a standard room, however the beds were comfortable. When I first arrived, I noticed my room was rather warm. Turned the AC on and left for a couple hours and returned to find it still HOT! Needless to say a call to downstairs in the middle of the night is not what I expected. The two maintenance men that came up were very nice, however it took over an hour but it was repaired and as good as new. When I booked the hotel six months ago, I was under the impression there was a casino, however it just closed two months ago. The concierge table/booth wasn't very friendly when I asked questions, even about the hotel.

Pros: Cleaness,friendly staff,there pricies are fare. Family atmosphere
Cons: Nothing major
Location: Your literally walking distance to the strip. The High Roller ferris wheel.
First time staying here, it's a nice place to stay. Totally smoke free rooms,clean. Nice and friendly staff. I will be returining soon.

God place to stay, really close to the strip

God place to stay, not that quiet, but ots really close to the strip, like 2 blocks.

Westin Hotel - Just a half block off the strip

Cons: Nice king size bed but mattresses need replacing
Location: Everything close by . just next to Flamingo on Flamingo Rd .
Half a block from the Las Vegas strip. Hotel only so no casino to walk through. Not as large as the big resort hotels, so easy to get to your room. Mauch quieter. Lots of airline crews stay here, so it's convenient to and from the airport. I took Uber from airport at cost of $12.00 plus tip Breakfast was very expensive $18-20 for normal breakfast. found a restaurant "Ellis Island " about a 10minute walk. Reasonable prices, good food and also a BBQ restaurant with great steak, ribs, and chicken. Both were always busy. They have a small casino that was busy as well. The staff at the Westin were terrific. The check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff all greeted you with "Good morning or Have a nice day" One restaurant. Very small bar and a temporary bar that opened in the lobby at cocktail hours. A poolside bar by the outdoor pool. Overall a pleasant stay

Nice hotel and right off of the strip

The staff was great the location was better and the fact that it was not hey casino hotel made the experience exceptional. I really enjoyed the non-smoking room and there was no smoke in the lobby

The big lie, a casino hotel in Vegas - casino

I booked my reservation with the westin hotel and casino and when I stayed there the name was changed to hotel and spa. I went to Vegas to gamble and have fun. On occasion I have a hard time sleeping so I wanted to gamble late nights. I paid for a hotel with a casino and never got the casino because it was permanently closed. I was lied to and overcharged. I cut my vacation short 2 days because of this and even though I got refunded those 2 days I was still overcharged the days I was there. I honestly feel I was stolen from. I would never have stayed there if I knew there was no casino. Google still hast name as hotel and casino and on the building itself it boasts having a casino. On top of that they never let me know that there was a small casino across the street, only the big casinos. Had they shown me where all the casinos close by I still would be dissatisfied but not as much. Again all party's lied to me and I was ripped off and cheated. Oh, one of my friends room found blood on her wall and another friend had stains on her furniture. I begged these 2 to come with me and was utterly embarrassed by the end of the trip. I should have got a full refund but only got refunded for the days I left early. Don't stay here!!!

Pros: Rooms are nice and big. Very clean.
Cons: Pool area and pool bar kind of poor for Vegas. Drinks at the pool are expensive but of low quality.
Location: Location is pretty good.
Hotel is ok. Not comparable to the Casino Hotels tho.

The fridge didn't work and the air conditioning was super loud. The room was comfortable and clean.

Ice water in lobby @ all times. Staff are helpfull. Quiet rooms that are clean. They have free parking.

Nice, quiet escape from the hustle of the strip

The hotel recently started renovation and have done away with their casino and will be adding a new restaurant. I am not a gambler nor a smoker so the wonderful clean air and lack of casino noise was a huge plus in my book. My friends and I were out and about and spent time in other resorts where there were casinos, but I was happy to come back to the peace and quiet of the Westin.i do wish there were more eatery options or places to have a quick bite late at night, but overall the experience was awesome. I had to call the service desk to request new pillows because the ones we had, had a very strong body odor to them, but the staff was quick with bringing the new pillows and were apologetic. I would definitely stay here in the future.
