Affordable hotel convenient for monorail

It’s a nice hotel with excellent breakfast and gym facilities. Has a monorail stop which is convenient to go to strip. Room is pretty pleasant. Definitely worth staying.

What a S**t hole

The bathroom and entry hall had light switches, but the only way to turn on the main lights in the room was to plug in the lamp. I had to crawl around using the light on my iPhone for 10 minutes to figure it out. Next impossible to operate the shower. Will never stay there again.

Great Hotel with a great price

We stayed at this hotel last weekend at I was pleasantly surprised on such a clean room with the ac turned on so it was very cool inside. The beds were very comfortable and the customer and room service was very good for us. We had a very good time and experience at this hotel.

Great Value

For the price of our package, we enjoyed all the LV regular amenities and Westgate's premier Sportsbook, but also fitness room and tennis courts, and continental breakfast. Lot's of value.

Ok hotel

The tub/shower handle/knob difficult to shutdown water still dripping. Tub is slow to drain. Some elevator button are busted. Overall it is ok

Great Stay Off The Strip

Pros: The staff, clean comfortable rooms and the fresh buffet breakfast
Cons: Please add kuerig coffee cups, cream and sugar to the rooms and maybe include in the resort fee.
Location: Monorail right there, not far from strip and restaurants
We had the best experience at the Westgate. they did not disappoint. From the quick and easy check in to check out. The staff, front desk, concierge and all the valet guys! Thank you so much! They made our stay friendly and comfortable. We were upgraded to a studio suite, very clean and the beds and bedding were so comfortable. We had free breakfast buffet everyday and it was unreal good. Loved our freshly made omelets and the selection of food! Wifi was excellent as well. The only thing I would suggest to be included in the resort fee would be coffee and cream in the room. There was a kuerig machine but we had to buy our own coffee.

Cheap and close to the strip.

The Central Tower has not been remodeled in years and is showing its age. The staff is great. The free breakfast buffet is far better than a free buffet is expected to be. Food in the Sports Book is greatly lacking in quality and very high priced. The photo shows a plate of Carne asada tacos, a reuben sandwich and a side of onion rings, totally over $50 - so so not worth half that much.

Loyal Fans of Westgate After Amazing Experience!

Our experience with Westgate was literally THE BEST ever. We will never stay at another hotel in Vegas. The hotel was amazing, beautiful, clean and the staff super friendly. The highlight for us was that our standard room got upgraded to a premium suite on the top floor. WOW! It was like being told you won the lottery. The view was breathtaking from the over-sized deck with seating for about 12 people. The HUGE 70" screen TV (plus 2 other tv's in the suite), the kitchen, walk-in closet, 2 bathrooms, the workout room... it was literally the best hotel stay we've ever had. We didn't want to leave. We will be talking about our stay at Westgate for years and I can't wait to return. Even if we never get another "suite experience"... the hotel itself is just gorgeous and the restaurants, casinos, and lounge entertainment makes returning a "must" on our list of future vacations. Thank you Westgate for such a fabulous weekend!

Misleading Price. Rooms are dirty, Rude Staff.

When booking thru Expedia there are no reserve fees reflected. Resort fees are no problem as all other hotels in Las Vegas charge them, the problem is in the fact that the receipt upon booking does not reflect that. All other hotels reflect these fees upon booking. This is misleading and an unfair competitive advantage. Also upon walking to our room we discovered hairs on the bed sheets, a dirty carpet, and hairs on the restroom wall. Had to call the front desk twice wasted over two hours of our vacation time trying to resolve these issues. Management and front desk where not helping out on resolving these issues. Last time they get me.
