Great hotel for sports enthusiasts

Pros: Giant TV's
Cons: No fan in bathroom
Comfortable, clean..the view from the bar was obstructed by some ceiling metal structures..overall, good place to watch sports of all types

Cons: The maintenance was not up to 5 star standard. leaking faucets in the bath, leaking water pipes in pool bathroom (had bucket underneath)
It was overall a very good experience. The morning-brunch buffets were outstanding. The hotel staff were amazing. We booked here because it was close to where my son was participating in a roller hockey tournament. Having the monorail stop at the hotel was great it brought us closer the action on the main strip. The check in and out were so pleasant. The pool area was a good surprise. We found out the Detroit Red Wings were in town and with the help of the hotel staff we managed to get 2 seats in a sold out event. being so far removed from the action it only took us a pleasant 10 ride to the MGM and a very interesting 25 minute walk across the street to the Mobile arena and the best pre game fest I have witnessed. I am very pleased with the whole experience. Being a NHL game day we met tones of people from all over US and Canada to talk hockey. Being closer to the arena would have negated this experience. Anyway, well done Westgate I will be back. Alain

Great Resort Experience! Complimentary Breakfast!

Stayed here for my birthday weekend and was pleasantly surprised that the resort fee included a complimentary breakfast Buffet! Upon check in we were surprised with a suite upgrade in their gorgeous newly renovated one bedroom suites -Pillow top King size Bed, jet bath tub and rain shower heads, these suites aim to please! Thank you Westgate Resorts for a memorable experience!

Love everything bout the hotel except, towels not fully white (stained), floor had a couple missed spots during mopping, bathroom door had been sanded by the door knob but not painted.

Horrible check in left to another hotel as I ask to check in 30 minutes early and told to comeback when the lines were a average 45 wait
