This place is a dump. Lobby was horrible. Smelled moldy. There was a roach in my room. It smelled musty and was dirty. Not a good neighborhood. I was not comfortable leaving my car in the parking lot.

Reception is never accommodating. Only 1 elevator working. Non-smoking rooms smelling cigarette smoke!

The tub wasnt clean abd they had to keep changing room because they have mices and bugs. The bathroom sink was stop up and smell like someone was on their period And the room smell pee and the floors was not clean there was a cigarette bud that my grandson almost touched

I didn’t like it at all, people wondering around smoking all kind of stuff, smelly condition all around and in the room as well, no breakfast served contrary to what they say online, we didn’t like the atmosphere so I had to cancel and go to a different place.

Worst BDAY ever
Room had a horribke odor. Water had to run to get hot. Bugs found their way into my pizza. Transients begging for money food cigarettes. Fighting in a room nearby. Left esrly then had the hotel dispute my refund request by saying i stayed majority of the night. Avoid this place at all costs. Better off on a friends air bed.

My eyes immediately started burning when I entered the hotel and my sinuses became clogged, either from smoke or mold or both. The room was very grungy, the elevators are in terrible shape and the whole building smells of smoke.

Stay away.
Hard to begin after all we seen. We are from out of town and we’re visiting a college. Looked for a good rated hotel and seen this one. 4.8/10. Total bot reviews. First there was people fighting when we walked in then walk up to the person behind glass to check in. After that a homeless person came in with a bag a clothes and threw them in the lobby. Left to go to the room and when we got to that it was worse then the lobby. Filthy and looked like people just got out of the bed.

Went in for an hour before roaches and bedbugs start crawling out everywhere. Went down with video recording showing it to the reception and requested a refund. The guy at the reception was disgustingly rude and disrespectful. He just shunned me and told me “no refund go go” I will never ever go to any hotel by Wyndham. Worst of the worst.

Don't do it!
We stayed for 1 night (Sat-Sun), checked in later in the evening (around 830pm). Parking lot and hotel lobby looked sketchy, but it was booked and there was nothing else available. There was only 1 elevator working and other patrons got on the elevator with us had severe body odor. There was multiple bags of "stuff", not sure, but it looked like someone's belongings that was homeless. The desk clerk didn’t really say much, but english was not his first language, and he was not very welcoming. The room looked like something from 1990. The carpet felt like walking on marshmellow. The water pressure was poor, there was no hot water, and it was very noisy in the hallway. I would not recommend this slum hotel to ANYONE.
