Very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was very good & better than most hotels. Bed was very good. Nice and close to the airport.

I found my room to be clean & comfortable. There was a nice supply of fresh, thick towels. I was met by friendly staff upon check in & out. Will definately stay again when I am in the area.

Dear guest, I am sorry we failed to exceed your expectations. Due to the terrible storm the power was out for most of Grand Rapids. I wish it didn't happen but was out of our control. There was no one at the desk when we were ready to check in. So, we dialed "0" on the house phone which rang 3 or 4 times and then went to voicemail. After waiting for a few minutes, a young lady arrived. There was no apology for the wait. She was not welcoming. We were assigned a room and given 2 keycards. Neither card worked. So, I went back to the front desk and had to wait for 10 minutes to be taken cared of. Again, there was no apology or empathy. Instead, I was told that I should keep these cards away from my cell phone so that they are not demagnetized. In contrast, your staff on Sunday were excellent and very service oriented. They smiled and were interested in making their guests feel at home. Also, your website states that this hotel is 6.68 miles from the DeVos Performance Hall. According to our GPS instructions, it is over 10 miles away. So, you need to provide the correct information on your website. We probably would not have stayed here if we knew DeVos was that far away.

However I am sorry you had to wait our guests satisfaction comes first. We hope you give us another chance in the future.
