The food in the restaurant was excellent! the waitress who waited on us was excellent. The hotel was very nice.

We stayed 4 days/3 nights. Rooms are standard size, clean, comfortable. Bathroom is very small. Our room was marked as ADA accessible/compliant (not sure why we were given that room), but if you are not ambulatory there is no way you would have been able to get a wheelchair in there and also shut the door, or get over the tub into the shower. For the price you would assume a good coffee pot and refrigerator would be in the rooms; they are not. Ice machine on our floor wasn't working but others were so we just had to go up a flight. Housekeeping never serviced our room. We were given free breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience, but the breakfast was cold & is no different than what you would get on a continental buffet for free at any other hotel chain, I wouldn't have paid for it. Parking is $14/day (not included in room fee), but there is not enough parking at the hotel so when the lot fills they will park cars down each of the aisles, making it impossible for you to leave if you get blocked in...so honestly I think the parking fee is not very fair. Pool/hot tub were closed so cannot comment on those. Hotel does offer a texting service so when you check in the front desk will text you and you can correspond with them as needed, which is very convenient. Staff was very polite, patient, and helpful, none of the issues we experienced were their fault. Overall not a "bad" visit, but we would probably only stay here again if there was a sale or rooms were deeply discounted.

Unfortunately, it appeared that the hotel overbooked on Sat night. When I booked the hotel, a 3:00p check-in was indicated. Upon arrival, hotel staff told us check in was at 4:00p, we didn't get our keys until after 5:00p. Additionally, the A/C unit was incredibly loud, making a restful night sleep almost impossible.

The hotel was nice and the quick shuttle to the airport was exactly what we needed. Check-in was ok. The person who checked us in was pretty aloof and didn’t show much in the way of friendliness. The shuttle driver the following morning showed even less friendliness. And the shuttle coming back wasn’t there at the 5:15 pickup time (we were waiting at 5:10), but did finally show up around 5:40, and was reasonably friendly. Overall it was ok. Not stellar. And I would likely go elsewhere next time.

Entire experience was wonderful from check in to check out. Great service in the bar and a delicious dinner in the dining room.

The only negative comment is the AC /heating system in the rooms are not working properly.

Very Nice Hotel Near airport and lots of food

Front desk staff is awesome! Very personable and friendly. Hotel was very well upkept. Breakfast was AMAZING, including quality meats by Boars Head. Get the omelette and roasted red potatoes, thank me later. Cookies are just the bonus you need at the end of a fun-filled day. I'll be staying here again as it was located all of 1 minute from Spondivits, 5 minutes from Old National Hwy (Mexican restaurant is a fun hot spot with good food and frozen margs), and 3 minutes from my other half's family home. Somehow our parking was comped. Thanks Double Tree Hartfield ATL Airport!
