The staff was extremely friendly. If you don't want a big breakfast, there should be complimentary toast or bagels or something light to eat. Not a big deal but it should available.

I usually have great luck staying at Hilton properties. I pay extra for rooms there for this reason. This hotel charges you to park in their own parking lot! $15 to self park your car. They also don’t include breakfast if you get a rate on Expedia. This has never been the case at any other Hilton I have stayed at. I was charged $12 a plate for breakfast. The staff did take it off when I complained. The room was not cleaned well. There was drip marks on the headboard of one of the beds. I can only imagine what that could be. Overall this was a very disappointing experience after driving all day.

We called ahead to tell the front desk our plane had been delayed and we would have a late check-in as we were just leaving the airport. Nothing was mentioned about room service closing etc. We first arrived and a man stopped me and filled out a form for me to put in my windshield and told me to park around back. I stated I needed to unload and check in first, so he allowed me to stop in a space to do that. The staff at the front desk were very brusque and made no apologies or suggestions when I asked for room service to be sent up. Pretty sure we didn't check in later than 10pm. I went up to the room and found dirty sheets and coverlet, and not enough towels. Had to call and ask for housekeeping to change it. Let me tell you, I am not normally picky, but at $177 a night, I expect clean sheets and a vacuumed room. We had three in the room, got three towels exactly. A lovely lady named Crystal quickly came and changed the bedding and I tipped her adequately. We were not contacted by desk to check if all was well. Next morning upon checking out, I was told that 'I' forgot to pick up my free breakfast vouchers management had left for me the night prior. I was NOT told anything about that. Sadly we went to a juice shop and grabbed some breakfast since it was closed already at the hotel after our late awakening. The carpet in the room had not been vacuumed in a long time behind and around the beds, there was thick dust and a few of the outlets were not working.

Customers services at the front desk was amazing the ladies greater you so nice . Rooms so clean. Breakfast downstairs was amazing the aviance
