Great value with great location
We arrived at 4 am but received friendly service. Breakfast was good but fairly expensive Room was good . Location was excellent

Hotel bonum
The hotel is nice, situated on a quiet street about 10 minutes walk from the river. The service was excellent and the food was great. My only criticism is that there was only one pillow on the bed so it was a little uncomfortable to sleep on.

Good location, uncomfortable beds, cold reception
Generally, the location was fine & the ambiance was good. The beds however, were very uncomfortable and provided a poor quality sleep. The mattresses need to be replaced! And the initial service was not very good and the reception we received was very cold from the staff, especially the manager on site at our arrival. After a long day of travel it would have been nice to receive a warm reception and help with our luggage up the stairs. Instead, the reception we received was very icy cold.

Really nice hotel with great staff
A really nice hotel with modern facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The later than usual checkout time at midday was a benefit after a late night too.

Comfortable Hotel
At first we had a hard time finding the hotel but after we found it we were glad to see that it was in a quiet location, clean, helpful staff, great breakfast and walking distance to the center.

Beautiful hotel!
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was spotless and our room had everything thing we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I could not fault them. The hotel was within walking distance to all the sights we wanted to see, supermarket nearby and lots of cafes and bars. I can't wait to return to this hotel! Thank you hotel bonum!!

Close to Old Town and very quiet neighbourhood.
Reception staff were very friendly and provided good advice and directions for our relatively short stay. I would recommend this hotel.

Was excellent hotel for a great price. Perfect location just off the beaten path(10min walk). They really went above and beyond and had some rental cars delivered. Only negative is that the shower would not drain and was not fixed while we were there.

Great service and friendly staff. Unfortunately rooms are very noisy. No sound and proof doors or windows. I could hear every word what people where saying in the hallway. Other then that, clean and quite big rooms.

Well worth considering
It's a fascinating building though the sound insulation was not as good as one wished. Positives - good room, friendly staff, good wifi and close to the sites. Car parking was not overly secure and the area seemed a little suspect but it was all OK.

Difficult to find on arrival at the main station, despite having a map of the town, we did seem to be moving away from the centre but did eventually find the place. Small but adequate room.

Potential to be excellent
Had a good time in Gdansk, staff are very efficient in the hotel and were willing to help with our requests promptly. Unfortunately the room facility faults were a minor issue such as the safe not working and a shower that sprayed in a near 180 degree angle due to scale in the head. Outside our bedroom window had a rather noisey gutter which continued making loud dripping noises, 30 mins after a shower had finished, not necessarily an issue except when it's early hours of the morning.

located at edge of old town
great location just 5 minutes walk to old town. friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms - bed was just a bit too firm for my liking, but thats a personal choice, apart from that room was very clean and comfortable. free wifi and a large selection at breakfast. Very reasonably priced for the quality of the hotel. would book again if visiting gdansk

shame about the bar
fabulous stay. the staff were excellent. just 1 little thing which was the bar. we would have like a proper bar area that was open untill 12 it closed at 10 but because it wasnt a proper bar no one drank there. It's a shame about that. as every night we had to go for a walk to find a bar. It would have been nice to stay in the hotel for a few drinks.

40th Birthday weekend break
The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the old town, centrally located. The rooms are clean & modern with comfortable beds. The staff were friendly & very helpful. A continental breakfast inc cheese, meat, salad, cereal & fruits as well as eggs, omlettes or pancakes is available for a fee if not already paid for. I would recommend this hotel and would return again.

Very good value near to the historic heart of Gdan
This was a pleasant small hotel, very clean with good facilities and friendly and helpful staff. Very good value and ideally placed for both the historic city and railway station. The staff all spoke good English,

High standard of accommodation
Friendly and very help staff at the front desk. The Old Town with its many attractions was only a short walk from the hotel. The main railway station with connecting local services to Sopot and Gdynia was just a 10 minute walk.

Lovely small hotel within a few minutes walk of central Gdansk. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They have parking behind the hotel. However, the room was small and without air-conditioning so was very hot. Also, there was no frig or mini bar so no cold drinks. There is an elevator but to get to our room after getting off the elevator we had to drag our bags up 6 steps and then down 6 steps. This is the same on every floor.

Fairly convenient to center, although not in a great neighborhood. Very noisy both nights of our stay, as revelers passed by. One morning at 5am, people checking out and being picked up seemed be be having a shouting contest...Room was OK

Great hotel for couples and young people
Comfortable clean room. lovely breakfast with a good choice. two of our party are dairyfree and i had e mailed in advance to ask for soya milk which was provided for them. Free wi fi in the rooms a hairdryer and a kettle, it ticked all the boxes for me. Excellent value for money would go again.

I would recommend this hotel as good value.
I really enjoyed my stay at the Bonum, there were maybe just a few tiny things that stopped me from giving it a 5. These were things such as; mirror in bedroom had a large crack, you can hear people in the room next door, for some reason our room was not made up in the morning but they had been in to deliver a 'with compliments note' and a fruit platter. We did not mind too much but I think it should have been made. The room was quite spacious and the location was quite good, a little bit of a walk to the main area but it was nice to see the children playing in the school nearby.
