Pros: nothing!!
Cons: everything!!!
we were booked for one night on jul31,2017. When we arrived at the hotel,our reservation was cancelled They gave us a stupid reason that since we requested King nonsmoking and it was unavalable so they cancelled our res and were told that Expedia cancelled our reservation Total lie and then they offered us suite with higher price After 30 minutes, room caregory in whoch we were booked showed up in theie sytem.Front desk can work on their customer service skill Will never stay at this hotel Expedia should kick them out!!!

You get what you pay for

We recently stayed at this hotel for four nights. While our rate was wonderful we got what we paid for. Upon check in I dealt with a younger guy who seemed friendly. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our room and thankful when the young man delivered the crib for my toddler to us instead of us going to get it. The room was nice and clean. Pool was clean. I told my husband I thought the hotel reviews were wrong for this place. Wrong. They were right. Our shower head leaked every time someone went to take a bath. My one year old can clearly not take a shower yet so a bath was needed yet his head was getting water poured from the shower head the entire time the water was running from the spout. The next day breakfast was wonderful, I love the breakfast attendant. The following day we ran out of toilet paper. I called the front desk around 3 asking when housekeeping would be coming as I had seen them on our floor ours before but no one ever showed. She claimed I had said I didn't want housekeeping. Wrong. A room a few doors down had their do not disturb sign up but not us. Very aggravating to have a receptionist argue with you. Two days later we are out exploring the town when housekeeping comes, they leave our door open. They flipped the lock where it left the door slightly ajar so anyone could've came in there and stolen hundreds of dollars worth of clothes, shoes, make up, all of it. Thaf was our final straw. Do not stay here. Spend more money and go elsewhere.

Remodeling

Pros: Location to wherever you wanted to go.
Cons: Elevator was old. Only one was working. At least have workers out of sigh.
Location: Great access to 24.
Did not know they were remodeling this former Comfort Inn. Should have called first. Host at desk was training new employee while checking us in. Could not get rooms close to in-laws, (our suite seemed huge) not enough decor. Had an area with a lot of cabinet space? ?. In-laws could not use there swipe key had to push and fangled door. Coffee pot did not work, had to call for a new one. Breakfast area hot. Air condition not working properly. No waffles first day we were there. I was told that shipment is coming. Breakfast could have had a few more items added on it. One waffle iron had to wait. Workers around. Went out for dinner and could not swipe in, housekeeper had to let us in. Desk clerk had to bring two new cards for me a hubby. Best thing was the bed. Could of have had more pillows! Bed, itself was nice.

Not Quality Inn

Pros: The location was perfect for the event i needed to attend.
Cons: Update the facility. put in new clean carpet. offer a better breakfast. replace all the broken furniture.
Our first room assigned wreaked of cigarette smoke - when it was supposed to be a non smoking room. The furniture was filthy, like they picked it up from Goodwill. They changed our room - it was better but still not up to par. It was smelly, food was still in the frig. the bathroom wall had what looked like fecal matter on it - i didn't touch it so i cannot be 100% sure. I called down to the desk to ask for a few more towels - the front desk male staff told me to come down and get them. That made me furious. Our room faced the pool - and the light shown in our room all night even with the blackout blinds pulled shut. There was a dead bug smushed into the curtain - and the carpet was dirty. The entry way into the building had cigarette butts all over the ground and the wall/brick . I asked for a discount from Expedia and they said it was up to the hotel manager. I asked the hotel manager for a discount and she said it was up to EXPEDIA. Expedia has probably lost a customer for good.

We had booked a room on Expedia for 2 queen beds....when we arrived were told we would have to take a room with a queen bed and a couch instead. Faucet in bathroom lifted right off the sink when we turned it on. Get whatyou pay for here. Breakfast was sausage discs that were still cold. They said they were out of waffles and would get more later in the week. Really weird vibe here.

Good location. Easy off & back on to Interstate. Close to downtown Chattanooga attractions, like the Tennessee Aquarium. Breakfast was fresh and nicely prepared/presented. Coffee is delicious! Room was very clean. Bed was really comfortable. Building could use a little TLC (some peelin paint in our bathroom where water has leaked out around the shower curtain, some missing light fixtures in hallway, pool could do with a resurfacing) but overall it was a great place to stay.

Unfriendly staff

Will never stay at this hotel again. Staff was very rude and inconsiderate. Not accommodating at all.

Easy access to downtown Chattanooga

Pros: Front desk staff!
Cons: Need diffusers for the air conditioners. All the air goes behind the curtains instead of into the room.
Location: Hamilton Place shopping, the Chattanooga Lookouts, Lookout Mountain, downtown Chattanooga, Univ of Tennessee at Chattanooga
Was right off the highway so easy to get to different locations in Chattanooga. Front desk staff was always helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and had space to move around in but couldn't keep room temperature controlled. We stayed 3 nights. Day 2 our room wasn't cleaned. When we returned late at night had to asked desk staffordable for clean towels for the morning. Pool area was nice-like the overhang you can sit under poolside. There are enough other hotels in area that it is doubtful we stay there again.

Nice room.....horrible water pressure and temp

Overall the hotel was nice. Beds were great and bathrooms clean. Front desk seemed a little overwhelmed. Water pressure in the bath was low as it took over 10 minutes to get enough water to take a bath and it was lukewarm at best.
