Don't bother

Dirty room and it needs repairs. Fridge ice box was broken. No tv remote or microwave plate at check in, did take them from another room. Bathroom needs repairs. Breakfast wasn't worth the time. Pool was tiny so didn't even go since it fits a handful of guests. Location was a 15 minute drive from any type of store or food.

Location: there are a lot of things to do there.
never enough breakfast and you always had to ask for more. plus breakfast area is way to small. Stayed there for 10 days. the house cleaning service staff was nice but only one manager on was nice while we were there. I would never stay there again

simple, clean but good for a road trip

Pros: reception people were there until 3-4am, even that we didn't use it, the pool looked nice, even has that handicap pool lift!
Cons: customer service training for the girl at the counter, she was really serious, gave me no chance for a friendly conversation.
Location: right over the 35, the street to get there is kind of tricky but google maps or Waze will take you with no problem
the most serious girl on the counter for our check in, but that didnt stop us, just came to spend a night before continuing to hit the road the nextday, arrived at 11pm left by 9am. some noices from the highway but not so bad, i had a good sleep.

Rude Staff

Pros: price... but you get what you pay for
Cons: More friendly staff and clean the rooms
Location: Railroad tracks right next to facility. Very loud
I arrived late and I had to yell to get attention from staff. She was rude. When I explained my mother had passed away and wanted to switch to closer hotel was snotty and said it was non refundable. When I got in my room the carpets had not been vacuumed. Will never stay at this motel again.

This used to be a nice hotel, but not anymore!!!

Most of amenities in the hotel are broken such as ice machines and gym equipment. The elevator sounds like it's about to blow up. There was a hooker hanging out at the hotel, and staff didn't seem to mind it. My room sometimes didn't get serviced.

Looks nothing like the photos

Wifi sucked, pool was tiny, elevator sounded like it was going to break, never gave us four towels for shower even when the knew four of us were there.

Hotel Reception

This hotel got three member reception staff The night person is outstanding BUT If u get the morning person a male with a beard he could be arrogant The lady in the afternoon evening a GMa king of figure she is ten times arrogant n rude I travel lottttt.. Get to see all kinda people n all kinda hotels This GMa think her name starts w a J if you get her then just wish you a good luck She needs to fix her attitude n pay lots of attention to a respecting guests of every two weeks

Just overall not a really good place.

Roach in my room, dry wall had a big plaster spot on it. I had 5 rooms and one of the rooms had no air-conditioner. I stay in hotels all summer becuse of AAU Basketball so I know hotels. This one is simply bad.

Convenient, close to family

Two to three evening there was no coffee or toiletries left. This was only negative thing.

Good hotel but...

Overall it was a good hotel and the stay was ok. Only thing is that the train rolled by it a few times and it was loud. Breakfast wasn't awesome but I did get down there at last minute.
