Had I known that I would have been charged it regardless I would have used the service more often than I did. This fee should be on Expedia’s site so the customer knows before booking. Otherwise a great hotel for the price we paid. "

"Truly enjoyed my stay at Lotte Palace. The location was perfect, a short walking distance to most of my other destinations. The staff made sure I had everything I needed, and the service was excellent. The space was tasteful and evoked old New York style and charm. In room dining prices are quite high, but there are more reasonable options a few steps away."
