Terrible

Posted Mar 19, 2017
The staff was rude and not helpful at all. They didn’t care at all about their guests. The room was okay. The location is nice because it’s close to the train.

Lovely hotel. Cannot fault it..

Posted Feb 14, 2017
Pros: Everything but a particular mention to Talia (I hope that is how you spell her name) who checked us in and was utterly charming.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
Location: So close to station but trains are not intrusive. Buses to many locations from just outside the station.
Great location close to railway station and buses. Short walk to centre of town. Reception staff lovely and so helpful. Room clean and modern with a good size television and lovely bathroom. I cannot fault this hotel, the location or the staff. We did not eat there so I cannot review the food. Will definitely stay again.

Nice hotel close to the station

Posted Feb 13, 2017
Pros: Convenience
Cons: Showers - pressure could be better as well as the hot water wasn't quite hot enough
Location: Close to the train station and all the good things of Brighton are just a walk away
Nice hotel close to the station although you don't hear the station noise. Not too far to get to the beach and the Laines. All in all a decent hotel

Great Position Close to Brighton Station

Posted Feb 6, 2017
Pros: Everything else.
Cons: Only criticism the pillows (poor quality). May seem trivial but affected sleep in what was a great bed.
Location: The Lanes are what makes Brighton spcial in my opinion, a mix of Covent garden and Camden by the sea!
Excellent Hotel. Staff and facilities first rate.

Good hotel

Designed for business rather than the holiday market, clean rooms and friendly staff though, very close to the station.
