Highly recommended!Posted Oct 19, 2015
Stayed in the tower suite which had a incredible view of the pier and seafront. Very spacious room with a large bed, sofa, dressing table, huge TV. Also the bathroom didn't go a miss with space either lovely shower, double sink and a jacuzzi bath tub!

Amazing hotel next to the beach! Great value!Posted Oct 16, 2015
When we arrived in Brighton we were a little worried as on the walk from the car park we used (high street about 5-8 min walk) the area looked a little run down. The outside of the hotel looked like it needed a lick of paint although when we walked in we were wow'ed as the hotel itself was lovely! Clean, tidy, friendly staff, spacious. The room itself was very large just for the two of us (staying in a twin room) and very professional and comfortable. Slept well and had great amounts of amenities inside the room eg tea and coffee. Bathroom was slightly mouldy around the glass splash guard but apart from that was absolutely fine. Windows were dirty and kind of hard to see out of but I believe they were in the process of getting them cleaned as there was a poster in the lift explaining that! Not enough plug sockets in the room however! Restaurant and bar area was again, lovely! Food was delicious and both food and drink were great value for money! Overall a very pleasant stay and would stay in the hotel again!

Good hotel - good stayPosted Oct 5, 2015
Great location - right on the beach. Good breakfast and pleasant staff. Overall, the building is a bit tired, but do you really need bells and whistles all the time.

Okay, if little sad. Very noisy at night!Posted Oct 4, 2015
Pros: Its proximity to my conference.
Cons: Make breakfast less depressingly retro.
Location: Everything is within walking distance...
Nothing especially wrong just a little tired and underwhelming. Main issue was its location, right on main drag so very noisy between 2-4am as clubs and bars emptied.

Close to eveythingPosted Sep 26, 2015
Great place, close to the Lanes. Right on the sea, would have liked a sea facing room but they were all fully booked.

Sunny Brighton in SeptemberPosted Sep 12, 2015
Pros: Sea view from room, lovely large room. Location good, couldn't be much closer to beach and pier.
Cons: Rooms in need of a little upgrade, chipped paintwork that sort of thing. Strange vibrating noise started early morning, causing light to rattle.
Location: Near the beach and the pier. An easy way to the Lanes for shopping, lots of lovely restaurants and bars nearby. Lots of buses to travel along coast.
A week in sunny Brighton, weather couldn't have been better. A glorious sea view from our room, beautiful sunsets, what more could you ask? Worth paying the extra for the sea view, although it means you're near the road, which is busy at all times. Plenty to do within walking distance, hotel is near the pier, handy for sightseeing bus, close to shops, bars and restaurants. Hotel staff friendly, check in and out efficient. Comfortable, large airy room. Some lovely restaurants and bars a few minutes' walk away. Didn't eat in restaurant apart from breakfast, which was ok. Don't think anywhere in Brighton would be quiet at night, some noise when people leaving clubs/bars late.

Great sea view from big windowsPosted Sep 1, 2015
Pros: The menu of breakfast buffet is common, but taste excellent.
Location: A small restaurant nearby the hotel served very good dishes of seafoods.
This hotel is facing to the sea. Car parking is located on the next building, so the hotel stuff guided the route in detail. When it is too cool to swim in the sea, you can use a pool like us.

Old and tired and needs an updatePosted Aug 27, 2015 on Hotels
No parking and the whole of Brighton was crazy busy so very much a "go find a spot" attitude. Downstairs cool, no a/c upstairs and the struggled to find a fan. Not a level floor in the place. Room didn't get serviced until 4pm. Dining room packed as it could only accommodate about 25% of the hotel. The 2 room suite was good for the family but at a high end price I would expect better condition. Even Travelodge have TV's bigger than this place. Not sure whether I would stay again, apart from having 2 rooms it was expensive and very tired.
