The team here are absolutely amazing. Such a friendly welcome and nothing was a bother. Only suggestion I would make is to change the shower heads as they just droop and spend a little on a bigger head so you can have a nice shower, and for anyone with long hair it would also be very helpful. I will certainly recommend and be back

This was a lovely hotel for a night. The bed was super comfortable and the wifi was strong and we could watch streaming shows. The car park is such a benefit, and all the staff members we interacted with were so lovely, attentive and polite. However the hotel is dated - a lot of the plugs in our room didn't work, the TV is TINY and not watchable from the bed. Also we had a powercut in the morning due to tripping the fuses for the whole floor. I'd stay here again if i was coming to Eastbourne as it's a charming hotel in a great location, but just be aware it is a bit outdated.

We have just come back from a short break at the Devonshire Park hotel and can’t fault it. It was good value for money, friendly staff and the breakfast was excellent. We’ll definitely be back. Well done

For sheer value for money my stay was unbeatable. Had a single room which was plenty big enough and spotless. Just a short walk from the seafront. Welcoming, flexible host/owner.

Whilst the majorty of the property is dated and needs some TLC the bathroom in particular the shower needed urgent attention to deal with rust and mould. The bed was extremely comfortable though. The staff great and breakfast was hot and fresh.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent value for the area compared to the competition. Very good breakfast the only down side was the entrance/exit to the car park was a bit difficult to negotiate. the tarmac had erupted making it uneven.

The staff at the Devonshire were excellent, I found the hotel to be airy and light many lounges to relax in. Our suite was great with a nice balcony and sitting room with a large comfy bed. Breakfast was amazing 10/10 hats of to the chef, perfect poached egg. The Devonshire had an endearing quality to it with high ceilings and large rooms ,imagine Fawlty towers but with non of the problems 😂

Booked for weekend with my daughter in December for a concert at winter garden (2 mins walk from hotel) Enjoyed our stay and we liked our room. Bed was large and very comfortable. Large Bathroom with nice shower. Good location for 15/20 min walk to town. Parking was an added bonus at the hotel too after a long drive from Suffolk. Nice polite staff and we enjoyed dinner at the hotel on the Friday which was pleasant.

Very nice two night stay
Very nice two night stay. Guy at check in was friendly and helpful, room was a good size, nice and overlooked the garden. Large comfy bed, bathroom had a shower and a bath. There are a couple of lounges where you can sit and relax. Free wi-fi. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of items - cereals, pastries, fresh fruit, yoghurt, various choices of cooked meals, toast etc. Free car parking on site. Easy walk to town where there are numerous restaurants and bars. We did not eat in the hotel restaurant, but the menu looked good. Would stay again and recommend.

A beautiful hotel, with old world charm. Very friendly and helpful staff. We honestly found Eastbourne to be better than Brighton. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel but each room was boiling hot even when the radiators were off. Our room was really clean and good size. Staff were friendly but they didn't provide info on when breakfast was and basic hotel info. We later found a brochure in one of the drawers in our room. At breakfast, we weren't invited to have cereal or apple juice etc they just took our cooked breakfast order. These are minor things but they are important. When we left we weren't asked if we had a good stay. The hotel is in a great location especially for the theatres and Towner.
