Decent hotel for the money

Stiff bed & loud A/C, but clean room. Bring your own towels if you don't want to use thin, small ones in room. Otherwise, good place in central location

Pros: location, price
Cons: breakfast, could include cold cereal, muffins.
Location: Easy on off thruway, close to Shoppingtown.
Great staff, clean room, decent breakfast, easy parking, great location.

Older pillows TV carpets need replacing

Location: Location good
The place needs a good going-over carpets are terrible TVs are old and don't work the lighting is poor the windows don't open much more than 6 inches

Well-run economy hotel in a great location

Consistently the best bargain available in the Syracuse area. Easy to pay twice as much for not much more in this area. Many reviewers compare hotels of this sort to what they get from the top chains. If you want to spend $150 a night, go ahead.

Where are the towels

My room had no towels when I arrived, the tv did not function correctly, and there was a corner room that looked right into my room...weird set-up.

Very disappointed with the hotel.

I expected 2queen beds in the room and we only got one. The person at the desk said we could go elsewhere if we wanted. It was late checking in so we stayed. There were bugs in the hall. Bed was uncomfortable. They were not willing to make an adjustment.

All the rooms at our location have one queen bed, which was also what your reservation was for. Also, we also have all of our rooms and public areas serviced by a professional pest control company which does take care of unwanted pests. Our goal is to provide a level of service that requires diligent attention to detail and is a matter of constant reinforcement of our motel.

Didn't pass the smell test

The hallways smelled like stale cigarettes and alcohol. I brought food but there was no chair to sit in to eat. I had to balance my food on my lap while sitting on the bed. The TV was an old monstrosity that got only static. I would definitely not recommended this motel. It was very unpleasant.
