The front desk gal was very pleasant and tried very hard to please us plastic glasses in the room, so we requested glass glasses.. none to be had. She asked the restaurant for two. They would not accommodate her…same company. Breakfast was not good either. Only boxed bakery goods and make your own waffles with a clogged dispenser. And prepackaged breakfast sandwiches to be microwaved. Not what I would expect at the Craftsman in an upscale community.

We had a late check-in due to traffic, but all worked out well. Room was clean and ready and all was well. Bed was comfortable, TV worked well, breakfast in the morning was good.
