Not going there ever again

Check in: took 30 minutes. The computer was not working. The guy at the front desk tried really hard though but it he queue was moving very slow. Hotel: dirty in lobby and restaurant. The pool needs work. A lot of work. Room: the bed cover in bad shape. The duvet too small for the bed size. The extra blanket we got from help desk was in very bad shape. I do not know if there were clean sheets on the bed. Based on the wrinkles showing probably not. Heater was making a 747 noise when it was starting and a squeaky breaks noise when stopping. Woke up about 10 times because of the breaks!!! Food: skipped the breakfast, got out of there as fast as we could in the morning. Will not go back to any Ramada ever again.

Needs a little tlc. The pool was great until someone ripped the heat lamp out!

Pros: Sleeping and television in room.
Cons: Quality of maintenance and facilities
Location: N/A
Provided minimum of needs, comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was not impressive, and pool area a mess, and workout area had broken equipment and was an unkempt area as well.

Nice hotel

Pros: Breakfast, pool, cleanliness.
Cons: The heating system inside rooms. Microwaves inside rooms.
Location: Excellent location.
Everything is good but the heat was not working and there is no microwave inside the room which are important especially if you have kids.

The Staff and front desk manager was exceptional. We had a spot on the floor and they moved us immediately to a better room. The Mattress was a bit hard for my taste, and I like a fluffier pillow. ( oh there's no place like home!) We enjoyed the pool as the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. Cozy rooms with plenty of furniture for your use.

Comfortable hotel for overnight stay in Syracuse

On the plus side, the room was quite spacious and clean. There is a tavern/pub and we had dinner there. The lady who served us was very friendly and the food was awesome! The breakfast next day was also quite nice and they had a good spread, including eggs, sausages, waffles and the other usual stuff. The facilities are a bit old and the washroom door wasn't closing properly (required a bit of a push). Overall, great value for money!

Overnighter

Pros: There effort to correct their errorr
Location: Close proximity to the University which was the purpose of our trip.
Arrived late to our room resevation not held....they gave us two rooms to accomodate our family of four at no extra charge...worked out in the end since we were just staying the night....breakfast was demolished by 9pm no plates, waffle mix, meat....could nt wait around so grabbed mcdonalds on way out......

Nothing fancy, but not bad

Front desk clerk John was amazing and kind considering I had gotten in at 12:30am and was tired and not as coherent as normal. I got a little lost getting to my room, but he stepped away from the desk and rescued me. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.
