Everything was great, as always. Facility was clean, amenities were perfect, and staff was very helpful.

The beds were sagging and uncomfortable. There were gnats in the bathroom. The shower wouldn’t drain and had standing water in it. The lights had a flicker to them. We could hear the people in the room next door. Front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and as a first time guest did not present full information- pool/gym hours, bar/breakfast hours, kids activities, etc.

The room looked like a former summer camp bunk converted to a hotel room - sparse but clean. The breakfast is delicious -- fresh and homemade -- but they play extremely loud music and won't turn it down, subverting conversation and the ability to meet other guests (as a result, people leave quickly). If I had it to do over again, I would have stayed elsewhere.

Everyone at Green Mountain were so kind. My sister had a gallbladder attack and they let her stay in the room a bit longer to rest and she didn’t have to go to ER. She is seeing someone this week. This meant so much to us as we had made reservations at the golden dog farm for my dad. I was able to bring him while my sister rested and then we brought her home safely! Forever grateful! I adored my stay!! The Inn is so incredibly charming, the owner is lovely, and the food is beyond amazing. I don’t foresee myself staying anywhere else when I visit Vermont again, this is just a perfect place
