Stayed here for the Ironman South Africa and the hotel is close to the race site. Generally pleased with the hotel.

Open Floor plan NO Privacy, terrible

The room layout is the worst! I would never stay here again. Not having walled off bathrooms is not acceptable, no matter who you are rooming with.

Dear Cynthia, I am afraid I have to concur and it is rather sad that the developers and interior designers NEVER consider the operational teams' input when building and designing hotel. If they did then we would have had closed bathrooms. That said, please accept my apologies for this architectural oversight. Regards Desmond GM

Great staff, amazing view and overall amazing!

Very friendly staff! Shuttle guys were very kind and willing to answer any questions you have! Room view is absolutely gorgeous and rooms are very cozy! Lots of pillows which is a plus! bar is very nice a everyone in PE, South Africa is very friendly and welcoming!!!
