Disappointed

Pros: View from rooms and pool area.
Cons: Customer service could be improved. The rooms need to be looked at for smell of mold and other maintenance issues.
Location: Near by was the beach, pick n pay/small shopping centre with other stores, a couple restaurants.
Our hotel stay was very disappointing. While there were a couple of staff that were helpful, most that we encountered were rude and were not interested in basic customer service. The rooms smelled of mold/mildew. After requesting to be moved to another room, the second room also smelt of mold/mildew and the sink was broken. There was a full day during our stay were the water was turned off due to a maintenance issue. The pool area was lovely but the pool was much too cold to actually go in. But the view from the rooms was beautiful. It was conveniently located near to a Pick n Pay, as well as one of the beaches, but somewhat far from the majority of restaurants and shops (although a $2 uber to get down that way wasn't so bad).

Highly recommend!

Pros: Location, staff, shuttle service.
Cons: Night light in bathroom.
Location: Close to beach, restaurants, grocery and liquor stores. Highly recommend safari day trip - hotel staff made all arrangements.
Close to beach. Super helpful and friendly staff. Shuttle service fantastic! Open concept bathroom not ideal. Overall great experience.

A brief overnighter mid holiday.

Pros: Situation , cleanliness and consistency with other Radisson Blu hotels I've stayed in.
Cons: Number of lifts -18 floors and only 2 lifts.
Location: Close to the beach but otherwise we didn't leave it.
The hotel did everything we needed it to do . Gym , restaurant all good and staff very helpful.

A really good hotel

Cons: Totally satisfied
Location: Opposite beach, near a good though small mall.
We have stayed at the PE Radisson many times and always look forward to our visits. Very comfortable, pleasant staff and an excellent restaurant.

Ideal hotel for leisure or business

Pros: Comfortable with efficient and helpful staff. Good restaurant.
Cons: Keep it as it is! We like it!
Location: Rooms face the sea and a few useful shops and the banks within walking distance.
We have stayed at this hotel many times and have always been entirely satisfied. .

what a pleasant surprise , stayed 2 nights , staff very friendly and professional , the breakfast was fantastic , other hotels can really learn from you , how to do a breakfast spread . rooms were very clean and modern

It was ok, nothing special. The bathroom had a strange bump up to enter and otherwise it was ok. The restaurant staff was very nice.

Stunning Views!

Pros: The stunning views from your room. The room has floor-to-ceiling windows to make it even more enjoyable.
Location: Very convenient for the beach. Lots of restaurants close by, also the casino.
I have stayed at this hotel several times now and am always thrilled by the views from the hotel room. Very conveniently located in Summerstrand, right opposite the beach. It has a neat gym, swimming pool and restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful as always. Parking is a bit tight but secure and safe. This is my favorite hotel in Port Elizabeth.
