Everything was great, except bathroom area was too cramped. Don't use that design again, eat another foot or two out of the sleeping area of the rooms.

Very disapointed. Not Worth the Price

I always prefer to book Holiday Inn Express. For the money, it has always been worth it...until this past visit. I was not impressed at ALL. Way way too much money for the two nights. I almost feel like I was scammed. The room was tiny, the bathroom was so small you couldn't close the door without standing behind the toilet, there was black mold in the fridge, the heater lamp in the bathroom was stuck "on", the complimentary shampoo was half empty and there was no microwave. I was very disappointed in Holiday Inn Express and I wont stay there again for that price. Its upsetting because I don't mind paying a little for a nicer room. I'm not sure why this room was so expensive when it was not the Holiday Inn Express experience that I am used to. Oh, did I mention...there were 4 young children in the hot tub!!!!

Easton is a nice town and the Holiday Inn Express fits right in. It's convenient and quiet. The free breakfast hits the spot and the in room Keurig was a life saver.

Convenient, Clean, Friendly Service

Pros: Clean and Convenient. Friendly efficient staff.
Cons: Yall are doing great.
Location: What is there not to do on the Eastern Shore!!
The hotel is convenient to Downtown Easton and exactly midway between Marshall Airport and Salisbury. Easton is a great little town well worth exploring. The staff at the hotel is warm and hospitable. The toiletries provided are Bath and Body Works and smell wonderful! The breakfast has good variety. I recommend this Holiday Inn Express.

Pros: convenient/ clean/ friendly staff
checked in late about 8:00///no problem..... very pleasant.... nice clean room.... would recommend and stay here again anytime !!
