Beautifully decorated, great breakfast
Overall good. Our room 102 was nice, but had no hooks and awkward space. Towels were crammed onto the side of the sink, as there are no racks or shelves so the bathroom was awkward. Hooks near the entrance would be really useful. Breakfast here is incredible with fabulous service. Bar drinks are pricey and came with attitude. Overall it’s beautiful but getting to and from ski hills is a bit of an ordeal. Be prepared to walk….

There was nothing we didnt like. Everything was perfect! The view from our room was amazing. The staff was even better. It was our first time at Cortina and probably our last since it is not an easy trip for us but if we ever go back, Hotel Europa would be our first choice.

Great days hiking with Europa Hotel as our base
Recently refurbished to a stylish high-spec. The staff were all really friendly and made us feel very welcome. Great location, a super quick walk into town. Collapsed into the comfortable beds at the end of long days hiking. My only quibble was there was no way to access Netflix or Prime onto the big new TV, or even to stream from our phone/laptop. So bring a HDMI cable with you!

Good potential, selfish approach
Cute but small refurbished rooms. Unfortunately we were placed in a first floor road facing room issue being that the VIP club below which was great fun is unable to control any drunks fooling around during the morning hours. We only managed to fall asleep by 6am. Security is so capable of controlling the club entrance however totally disregard what ever happens once people exit the club and hang around.

We got a room in the back, which greatly reduced traffic noise. And what a view to wake up to every morning!

Overall a great stay, we had a two separate stays, 2 and 1 night, room 302 and room 304. The latter was our favourite due to all round views. For me pillows weren’t comfortable, too thin but obviously it’s a personal thing. Also couldn’t adjust the heating, to warm. Staff were great, good location, own free parking, would use again. No parties going on which we had read in other reviews.

Less than a 2 star hotel
This hotel is way outdated. I can only give it a 2 star at best. I don't know how it gets a 4 star rating? Very misleading.

A great value gem in the heart of Cortina
Excellent location just at the edge of the town. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. The breakfast selection was excellent. The only downsides were no air conditioning and the room was very hot (we stayed during July), the blinds were quite thin and so the room got very light early in the morning, and there was quite a lot of noise from the street outside.

Beautiful older property with amazing helpful staff. We loved the atmosphere. Breakfast was amazing. Internet was not reliable and it didn't stay logged in and reverted to data used. View was great. Easy to reach downtown for delicious food. Close to bus station.

Great room, decent bed, awesome free breakfast, good location in town and Great views. The staff was friendly enough and the hotel was kept very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. The prices were really low for all we got.

Stay at this hotel for visits to Limburg
Used this hotel for an overnight stay on way back to uk (my wife stayed in Limburg many years ago with her parents) easy walk to old town. Hotel staff were very friendly and the room comfortable. There was ample choice at breakfast the next day.

Like the restaurant
Convenient location, 8 mins from bus station or the beautiful town center where there are shops and restaurants. Close to ski resort as well. Great restaurant - both in the simplicity yet elegance in its decor as well as fine food and service. I think if the lobby has been updated to more inviting like the restaurant, it might help attract more outside guests to the restaurant. However, as a a four-star hotel, I would expect body lotion being given as one of the toiletries esp. in the dry and cold winter

like it!
hotel is a little old style, but quite clean with kind staff. sometimes it’s better to be old fashioned than be too fancy and high-tech, esp. considering the fact that you visit the town to appreciate and enjoy nature.

Hotel is surrounded by the majestic Dolomite peaks. Cortina is a lovely small town. Hotel is not modern, but comfortable. Clean room and bathroom. Good breakfast.

Pick another hotel away from the main road.
Nightclub within the hotel went on until 2am or 4am on the Saturday for a private function. Totally unreasonable when you're trying to sleep.

Perfect place to stay at Cortina d’Ampezzo, clean, with balcony and beautiful views of Dolomites, the room was small but complete. They even give shower caps, the staff is great, super kind!!! Breakfast delicious too.

Top class hotel in the Dolomites
What a superb Alpine hotel, great service and local knowledge. We were out of season so all quite quiet which suited us. They are very biker friendly and the parking is safe and free. The rooms are in the alpine style and were spotless and comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We honestly did not expect too much from this hotel, but were rather blow away by the quality of the facilities. The room was quite nice and clean, and smelled really good as well. The breakfast room was similarly lovely, and the hotel has very nice wood accents throughout, which give the entire place a welcoming mountain feel.

Excellent location in a beautiful town
We stayed here for two nights and loved every minute. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. The location is great because everything in Cortina d'Ampezzo is within a 20 minute walk from the hotel.

Noice from the street
This room did unfortunately not meet our expectations. The room was outdated. The bed and the pillows rock hard... The worst thing was the noise from the traffic during the morning and evening - and also the disturbance from the room neighbours. The room did not have any ventilation, so we needed to sleep with the window open. It was also impossible to shower, as there only was a bath tube, no shower cabin or curtain. The positive about the stay was the breakfast, it was good - and the location.
