“Lovely peaceful guest house. With just 5 rooms this is like living as a local. Cooked to order quality breakfast at a sensible time of 0830 , nice little pool with decent sun loungers. Our sea facing room was superb . Other rooms are garden view. Free to use kayaks, range of bikes to explore the local area. Honesty bar and plenty of reading materials. Thoroughly recommended. ”

Van ontvangst, de super nette grote kamer, het uitgebreide ontbijt met dagspecial tot de fietsen die beschikbaar werden gesteld....alles super ! “The room was fantastic. The view is breathtaking of course. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. It was super quiet aside from the roar of the ocean in the heads which we fell asleep to every night. The food is very good too. All in all a very very enjoyable stay. Thank you. ”

“A lovely property in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. The welcome and breakfast were excellent. The room is a good size as is the bed with good facilities. There was no hot water for a shower at night, however there was hot water for the bath. In the morning hot water for the shower quickly turned cold. The bathroom needs attention and lets the property down somewahat.”

“The location can't be beat. The trail along the bluff makes for the best morning and evening strolls, as it overlooks the beaches below. The unit was great, clean and quiet. The bed-linen and silverware can be replaced, as it has reached the end-of-life. The Brento-on-sea location is a very peaceful location along this coastline, and the views are beyond special. ”

“A really beautiful property up on the heights with stunning views across the lagoon towards Knysna and a nice balcony to sit out in the evening and lovely gardens and pool ( book the deluxe room it’s worth it !) Huge comfy bed and big bath tub, loved the fluffy robes . Breakfast was delicious with a great choice of fruits, yoghurt, cereals, cheese and ham , breads and a cooked breakfast made to order . Well stocked bar with lovely wine choice and a nice guest sitting room . Two nice……

“My family of four stayed in the family room. We were a little disappointed, not to have a view of the town, but it is the only room that sleeps for. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast were excellent in the morning, a great way to start the day. This is a great place to spend a couple of nights.”
