It's kind of gone downhill a little bit the rooms definitely need to be updated painted caulked there was hair in the bathroom by the tub and a little musty smell

A little outdated but it was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, the mgt and staff were curteous , very close to everything. Definitely will stay again.

The hotel is good value for the price. Although dated, it meets basic needs. It is in a great location and is walking distance to many popular locations.

Lack of cleanliness
The bathroom smelled very strong of urine. There was a thick ring of old urine around the base of the toilet, a thick layer of dust and hair on the bathroom baseboards,etc. our shower leaked into the room downstairs and they needed to access our room to make the repair within 20 minutes after we arrived. We will not use this hotel in the future.

Room was not clean. Hair in sink and bathtub. Question if clean sheets were used between guests because there was sand in one of the beds. Room not visited by house keeping second day nor towels delivered. Had to request linen. No shower head just a pipe. Generally just an unkept hotel.

True gem! The hotel is older but you would never know it by the cleanliness. The staff who maintained the rooms is beyond top notch. In times where everywhere is under staffed this hotel is run smoothly. My only suggestion is the deck needs a new refinish. We will be back!

Nice little hotel.
The room was clean and available earlier than the stated check in. The hotel's location is not too far from the middle of town and fairly accessible to entertainment by walking. The hotel is older, but still pretty nicely kept. The floors are a bit thin, so our upstairs neighbors sounded like a herd of elephants for hours at night. Overall, we had a pretty good stay. Definitely worth it for the price.

Staff were kind enough, considering the price. Cleanliness of my room was waaay less than acceptable compared to what I’m used to (holiday inn, comfort suites, etc.). Carpet was visible dirty with gum and hair, didn’t want to take shoes off. Lots of toys and trash under all the furniture from previous guests. Bathroom looked like grandmas bathroom from the 1970s and she was too tired to deep clean it anymore. Shower curtain had mold on it. All the walls and doors were dirty. If you come from a no-shoes, deep clean every month kinda house, this is not going to be for you. Usually when you stay in a hotel, you don’t want a constant reminder of previous guests, and I just could not get the thought out of my mind enough to be comfortable. Granted this is a motel/inn, but I don’t feel like it even came close to the bare minimum standard. I have stayed in $69 motels years ago, and this just reminded me of them, maybe worse. This inn is in dire need of a renovation.

Not a luxury hotel, but no major complaints about anything. I would have no problem staying there again. The internet wasn’t real strong and the tv would go in and out, the satellite probably needs adjusting. I have stayed at more expensive hotels and had internet issues.

When we arrived, television was inoperable, room lamp missing light bulb, toilet was so corroded that flushing mechanism broke and I had to repair myself in middle of night, room refrigerator did not function. The outdoor picnic pavilion was nice. Hotel is very old. Staff was nice and did help, but again … it was not a good experience. Stayed there 4 years ago and there were no problems.

What has come to be so rare in lodging these days is lighting. This room is very well equipped with lighting of good quality. The bed/bedding are extraordinary. There's plenty of space for 2 people. Downsides? The WIFI is very slow. When I first arrived, I found a scrum of dust and rings from wet glasses on the night stands and coffee table. The place is really clean, otherwise. I think this may have just been an oversight. Also, I hate lodgings that don't have windows that actually open for ventilation. Excellent location. Excellent value.

Clean, comfortable rooms. This is a little older property but it is well maintained. There are lots of food and shopping within walking distance. We made the reservation on the way in and they had everything ready by the time we got there. The staff was friendly and check in was easy. I would definitely stay here again.

We were very satisfied with our accommodations.
We enjoyed our time there. The Inn was clean and comfortable. The beds were also clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool was not available while we were there. It was being cleaned and refilled for the season. Not a big deal. The Inn served our purposes very nicely. No spa, no sauna, no frills. None of those amenities excite me. We don't use those items in our normal lives, and as seniors, we don't need them now.

The property itself was fine. The mattress in the room was very dirty and had stains all over it. All they did was put a cloth over the stains. Which made it uncomfortable to sleep on. The bath tub felt like youvwas going to fall through the floor when taking a shower. They had a sign that you could put on the door if you wanted maid service. We didn't pit any sign on the door and house keeping still came in. Other than those issues the location was great and the staff was friendly.
