Views and Location
Front desk at check-in started our stay with a wonderful start - welcoming and charming! Our room had an incredible view! It was quiet, great air conditioning, and a comfortable room. The location is great to access the center for endless dining, snd wonderful exploring. Gym was decent too. Breakfast was simple but has all the hot/cold options you’d want/need. We also had free parking. Highly recommended!

Disappointing and overpriced
The hotel is oldfashioned if not outdated, smellt plastic, furniture out of touch, Big ground but No swimmingpool, Restaurant is clised for private function, No balcony! Bad arrangements for lightswithches, Far too.much overpriced,

Lovely hotel
Lovely modern hotel. Very friendly staff. The only downside was air conditioning that wasn’t working well in the room but I would really recommend this hotel overall

Breakfast extremely basic and was boring after two breakfast. I am Gold user and no one offers room upgrade. It should be written that sauna is paid...

i did find the design of the room and the hotel to be modern and stylish, i did like several choices in the room furniture, the bathroom was surprisingly big, i was satisfied overall

Probably one of the nicer hotels in Kosice. Can't complain about anything. They were hosting several young women athletic teams from different countries while I was there but I still received hospitality. Old town Košice is within 0.5 - 1.5 km of the hotel, with many statues, churches, museums, restaurants, cafes, etc. It is a small city. I enjoyed my stay.

Short walk to central area of old Town. Friendly staff and good choice of breakfast. Shower flooded the bathroom floor but this was cleaned up by room staff. Some rooms a little smoky but not too off putting.

Standard quality hotel in Kosice
The hotel is located not too far from the city centre but the surrounding areas cannot be considered the best in the city. The walking distance to the city centre is not more than 12 minutes (1 kilomtre approximatedly). The breakfast was of a standard quality. The personnel was quite helpful and extremely kind, all of them spoke english.

Liked the building style and decor. Very nice! Arrived at 9:10 on a Friday night and was told restaurant closed at10, but restaurant staff had already closed the kitchen and only the bar was open. Found a small nearby hotel was accommodating for dinner thankfully. Location is not ideal but still can walk to the somewhat dingy old town in reasonable distance.

A good play for business
The hotel staff and the room were both very good. The location is a little off the main pedestrian area but still within easy walking distance.

A very good hotel in Kosice
This is a really good hotel and if you get it via hotels.com for a good price then it is totally worth it. Rooms are equivalent to the 4-star standard and the personell is really attending and friendly. Breakfast is plentiful and with good variety, however if you do not have it included in the price, it is quite expensive. The only problem is the bar, which is not open later into the night, then there is no possibility to buy drinks in the hotel. All in all a very good hotel, probably one of the best in the city.

Everything was mostly very good. Carpet could be cleaner but still alright. WiFi quite slow but alright for browsing. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom very nice. Price said that it includes taxes and fees but I still had to pay city tax. To sum up, great place for staying over night.

Located within walking distance to town center. What I did not like was that the hallways were not well lit. Also, the shower area had a glass wall that prevented anyone answering the door if someone was in the shower. Definite privacy issure if family traveling together.

Poor breakfast!
The staff in hotel were mostly friendly except on checkout the lady was not pleasant! Room was a non smoking room yet there was a strong smell of smoke coming through air conditioning. Bathroom door had no proper handle you had to pull it strongly to close. No proper bar in place. Breakfast very poor. Food poor quality and hot food dried up and cold. Buffet was cleared away st 10.29. Not a hotel to relax in! Design features not functional!
