nice hotel although the people in the room next door talked very loudly until way past midnight. The walls don't work well for noise supression so we put up with the loud talking, laughing, etc until they finally went to sleep about 1:00 am. Ugh!

Nice and clean! Only stayed there for 1 night but it was perfect. The onion soup at The Pub was absolutely amazing! Tasty onion broth loaded with fresh bread, cheese and topped with crispy onions and green onions!! Definitely would stay here again

Our room was clean & newly renovated but lacked some wall decorations so appeared very sparce & sterile.The check in receptionist was professional & pleasent.

Nous sommes arrivés assez tard, 2100 heure et bonne chance le spa/hot tub est ouvert jusqu’à 2200. Nous sommes bien relaxés pendants une heure et en plus nous avons profité du billard et quelques breuvages avec un superb barman!

Nice place to stay in Granby

De l'air froid et tous les bruits entraient par la porte patio. Un couple a fait l'amour dans le spa sous les yeux de leur enfant...le pire c'est vrai. Lit inconfortable. Mauvaise isolation. Nous avons séjourner à cet hôtel à de nombreuses reprises et cette fois nous avons eu une chambre au premier étage et nous avons été déçus

Quoi de mieux q'une bonne douche après une journée de travail cependant dans la chambre 506 la presion d'eau est vraiment pas forte de peine et misère pour une douche mais pour le reste tout est parfait

We came across many hotels to book our first night on our honeymoon and we chose that one so we could spend the day around the pool jacuzzi spa and recreation center The water in the shower was so weak we asked to change the room they said they could send a technician from maintenance it was 10 pm The pool our main attraction is closed The jacuzzi is outdoor in freezing weather and indoor also got closed since covid Despite the site indicates all ticked in green We travelled 100 I'm for this and we were planning to extend our stay now we need to look elsewhere and book another hotel And we can't get a decent price for our flight asap from Yul to Cai and return after mid-January

Shower had mold around caulking and shower head came off during a morning shower. rooms are due for an upgrade, The decor is very dated.

They were friendly and very helpful. I will be very happy spoke bilingual. I was a little rusty on my French. the rooms were very clean and the bed were very comfortables. If I return to Granby would definitely stay at Castel.
